天口熱,今日勁口渴,好想食冰,只係諗到希慎既京林屋,星期六6點後到都要等位,好彩只係等咗20分鐘。咁耐無黎,餐牌好似同之前一樣。甜食有啫喱雪糕,餡蜜,雪山,芭菲,布丁,蕨餅,年糕甜湯,白玉甜湯,芝士蛋糕,法式聖馬克抹茶蛋糕,卷蛋,另外亦有鹹食如蕎麥麵,烏冬,稻庭麵,鰻魚飯,牛肉丼,牛肉烏冬,金目鯛魚定食,鯖魚定食,雞扒飯,其他定食等。茶有日本最好嘅抹茶玉露,焙茶,玄米茶,煎茶,紅茶,黑豆茶,沙冰,牛奶,沙冰雪糕等。雪糕口味主要係抹茶同焙茶。餐牌寫每人最低消費一樣野,用餐時間普通座位為90分鐘。雪山 $108 另加一林屋抹茶雪山特大特大雪山有勁多軟綿綿嘅雪花冰,上面最頂有半球抹茶硬雪糕,面頭灑上少少抹茶粉。雪花冰外面嗰層已經加左牛奶,味道微甜,味道調得好啱。入面好多雪花冰係冇味,等你自己加另上嘅抹茶醬或者煉奶食。抹茶醬好香濃而甜度適中,煉奶又香又甜,各有各好,個人覺得加邊樣都好味。雪花冰傍邊有兩粒白玉丸子,下底仲收埋左唔少抹茶蕨餅同紅豆蓉,同無味既雪花冰一齊食就唔覺甜。雖然抹茶硬雪糕唔係軟雪糕,但係都好滑同抹茶味香濃,配綿綿冰食都幾好。食完堅解渴。香港限定芭菲 $98 另加一香港限定芭菲

香港限定芭菲一貫用高身玻璃杯裝住,有好多層嘅材料。首先抹茶軟雪糕喺頂,滑溜而抹茶味都唔錯,下面有三粒有嚼勁嘅白玉丸子同三件好滑嘅抹茶蕨餅。呢度嘅蕨餅係我暫時喺香港食過最好味嘅。下底就係我鍾意可以加添口感嘅脆米,呢度係用家樂氏,再下底就係抹茶嘅絕配紅豆蓉。仲有少許忌廉(原本想走忌廉,不過原來係唔得),同兩粒浸泡過嘅士多啤梨,令味覺清新少少。再下底就係爽滑啫喱同抹茶蕨餅。最下底一粒白玉丸子就完成成個香港限定芭菲。當然呢個香港限定芭菲口感勁豐富,集香滑,香脆,滑溜,煙韌,鮮甜於一身。今次我地三個人分享,食完唔覺太甜。

呢個黑糖珍珠焙茶雪糕上次食過又平又正,今次忍唔住要encore。焙茶雪糕超滑溜同香濃。杯邊超多黑糖珍珠,煙韌好有咬口但唔過甜。雪糕下底原來仲有脆米加添口感。不過仲有一小pat忌廉我就唔太欣賞,太膩同冇必要。今次另上左一細兜黑蜜,我覺得完全唔需要了。不過之後我地加落熱茶度飲原來好夾。

京式鰻魚飯暖笠笠上枱,原條鰻魚切開兩半,質素正常,彈牙又好味。鰻魚伴有蛋絲同紫菜絲。飯量好多,而粒粒飯都沾滿醬汁而唔過鹹。

我哋揀左温桃味焙茶,係一個茶壺同一套茶杯連熱水壺咁上。將熱水倒入茶壺,沙漏漏完就可以飲得。茶色呈淺啡色,桃味好香濃,食住凍雪糕一邊飲就正啦。熱水壺保温做得好好,飲到尾都仲熱。跟飯包埋呢個飲品都幾抵。後尾我地加左黑蜜一齊飲真係有多一重飲法。

今餐食物質素基本都保持一貫水準,食完甜品胃大滿足。服務都係一貫水平,可能太忙,服務員基本上都無好面口。因爲上次會溶嘅野食一次過上哂俾你,唔理你食唔食得切,所以今次我地逐樣逐樣叫,食完一樣先一樣,用餐體驗即時改善!
