在灣仔參加完餐館及酒吧展覽後,馬上趕往北角,皆因有好友在先前約定了是晚有個潮菜飯局;從北角地鐵站出來,大概十分鐘左右的路程來到食店所在的商業大廈乘搭電梯到達餐廳,一開門就見到「潮味居」三個字的金漆招牌,頗為醒目!鑒於目前香港疫情,入場前量度體溫根本是必須的;內裡的裝潢走簡約中國風路線,而顏色構圖就有些潮汕特色;由於屬於是私房菜形式,好友已一早預訂了菜式,主題都是圍繞傳統的手工潮州菜,真令人期待!此刻人到齊了,就可立即起菜;席前,侍應生先給每位客人遞上一杯香濃醇厚的功夫茶,放在枱面上,烏龍茶茶香四溢,透出類似桂圓,乾果的氣息,熱茶滑入口腔令味蕾感受到滋潤綿醇,幼滑的丹寧留下悠長甘韻,果然是好茶!清空了味蕾,就來了個造型別緻甚有古風的盤栽擺設式前菜,點綴了乾冰散發出來的霧氣營造的氛圍更有意境!仿似掛樹金錢的香煎小黃魚,炸得十分酥脆,而且肉質細嫩,配上外皮豐潤的油脂,令人吃得甚有滋味!而家鄉豬腳凍,整塊彈滑之中又有滷水豬腳的質感及香氣,十足十的骨膠原補品!帶點辣味的青瓜口水花甲,爽脆的青瓜配上鹹香清辣的花甲,令到充滿海潮氣息的花甲更燒羊腩顯鮮味!下一道賣相亦非常吸引的,有如仙女出塵的乾冰散發
