香港越黎越多高級鮨店,尤其哩兩年出唔倒國,更加多人捨得食。㬢同其他鮨店好唔同,因為全店得一個$1800/人嘅套餐,而且完全冇簡介有咩食,真真正正係廚師發辦,會多左一份期待感。㬢店面唔大,圍住壽司吧檯大約可以坐倒12個食客,一貫淺木色設計,感覺舒服。墨魚醋物 - 先黎一道開胃小菜,入面除左有墨魚,仲有青瓜同紫菜,酸酸地非常開胃。廣田灣生蠔 - 生蠔好大隻飽滿,海水味唔會太重,就咁加少少青檸汁食就得。真鯛 - 真鯛黎自愛媛縣,師傅將佢薄切,中間再包住北海道馬糞海膽,因為加左海膽,所以整個味道都好鮮甜。沙甸魚磯邊卷 - 磯邊卷入面放左好多沙甸魚,中間係芽葱,魚味幾重。北海道白象拔蚌 - 師傅喺象拔蚌上面落左岩鹽同青檸,象拔蚌口感爽脆。瀨尿蝦 - 師傅將瀨尿蝦 燒到暖暖地,加左岩鹽,所以可以唔洗蘸豉油,就咁用紫酥葉包住食,瀨尿蝦肉質軟腍有彈性,紫酥葉味道比較強,我自己就鍾意空口食多啲。等師傅上菜期間,都會食下啲配菜,食完師傅會再加,今次第一次見有芥菜頭,食落有少少似炸菜。燒太刀魚 - 似似地本地嘅牙帶魚,佢比較多油,食之前可以加青檸汁,等食落冇咁膩,如果唔夠味先蘸酸汁食,我自己就鍾意配酸汁食。

總結,刺身同壽司質素都好高,因為預先對套餐入面嘅菜式同份量都完全冇概念,所以當食完刺身侍應問洗唔洗少飯時,當時只有半飽嘅我地當然話唔洗,之後壽司食極都仲有,最後竟然有十一件咁多,真係估唔到會飽得咁交關。
