首先佢哋有幾間分店,今日我哋選擇咗土瓜灣總店,一連試咗5樣食物,包括:日本魚乾豬骨湯拉麵、銀座咖哩炸蝦丼、蒲燒鰻魚丼、鳴虎炸雞同埋芝士魚餅拼魚條😋。先講主食,拉麵湯底一流,師傅會將70公斤新鮮豬骨慢熬約7-8小時🔥,所有精華都集中湯入面,再配上焦香嘅火灸叉燒,啖啖食出驚喜🍜!再到兩個丼飯份量十足,炸蝦火候控制好好,咖哩濃郁當中又有少量肉碎,食起嚟好有層次;鰻魚亦非常新鮮,蒲燒時間亦都控制好好❤️。最後兩款小食,我係有啲驚喜😍,一般嘅炸雞都會好乾,或者芝士條會好膩,但今次鳴虎呢兩款小食水準十分高,炸雞一咬落去鮮嫩多汁,芝士魚餅拼魚條食落唔油膩好惹味,高度推薦大家試試🥰!
