牛一向都係我既最愛,對於熟成牛,我就更加喜歡,朋友話灣仔開咗一間有熟成牛扒既餐廳,所以今晚就來試下。一入餐廳,就覺得好特別,門口放滿了不同國家的紅酒,白酒和香濱,這樣既擺放好少見。1️⃣Seared Foie Gras & Duck Terrine($178) - 鵝肝煎到外脆內嫩,再配上酸酸地既覆盆子醬和覆盆子果乾,一齊食,可以中和鵝肝的油膩感,好夾。鴨肉就以蘋果蓉和洋蔥作配搭,突顯其鵝肉的香,味道更有層次。2️⃣Porcini Beef Tartar($198) - 牛肉他他是一種用新鮮、高品質的牛肉,用刀剁碎、混合一些香料製作而成,「The Victuals」 的他他是加入了牛肝菌做成,所以另一有股香氣,牛肉他他好有彈性,配上脆脆的多士一齊食,口感好好3️⃣Sous Vide 24 hr Iberico Pork Rack ($348) - 經過二十四小時慢煮既伊比利亞豬鞍,厚厚的豬鞍都可以煎到咁 juicy,肉質鬆潤爽彈,再配上甜甜地既汁,更加惹味。另外配菜有千層薯仔,超級好食,口感鬆軟,食到薯仔既清甜。還有封乾椰菜都好特別。4️⃣30 days Dry Aged MB2+AUST 36 SO
