每人各叫了一個4 Course Set $580/1,除咗Main之外,其它都有2款選擇,所以就可以試哂唔同款。Oyster on Chef Selection 有兩隻蠔,海水味重,亦得食得出好新鮮,呢款唔太creamy,食落爽口,唔會好heavy。Summer Truffle Porcini Toast 呢個超級超級好食!熱辣辣剛烤起嘅麵包,上面鋪上了滿滿嘅松露同牛肝菌,香氣逼人,口感亦豐富。Daily Seasonal Clams 大大隻,而且配上嘅忌廉汁好rich好creamy,兩者配合起上嚟又香口又滑溜。King Crab Leg 嚟自日本嘅黃帝蟹腳,好大隻啊!鮮甜嘅蟹腳點上牛油清,更能帶出蟹肉嘅鮮味。Guinea Han 問過店員先知呢道菜用嘅係類似火雞嘅唔知咩雞,佢嘅雞胸部分會keep到好嫩滑,食落又真係喎,外皮薄薄一層煎得香脆,雞胸肉直頭好似雞扒咁嫩,都幾驚喜,不過由於只係用雞湯嚟煮,味道偏淡味。Salmon 同平時食嘅香煎三文魚比,更勝一籌。同Guinea Han一樣煎得外脆內嫩,帶出咗魚嘅香甜味。White Chocolate Panna Cotta 一啲都唔會過甜,
