近年香港人食多咗手工意粉,所以有唔少連鎖、小店餐廳加入手工意粉嘅行列,sfizio係其中一間小店。小店經營,半開放式廚房,裝修簡單舒服,侍應熱情招待,可惜座位唔多,記得早啲去食。*Gnocchi gorgonzola, walnut, rocket and a scent of truffle $138薯仔粉團細細粒,質地軟綿帶少少咬口,藍芝士忌廉醬非常濃烈,但唔會有奶腥奶臭味。松露油嘅味道淡淡,藍芝士味較出,配合桃粒、火箭菜多一層口感。Orecchiette nduja Sfzio’s style $138手工貓耳朵粉,大片大片,微微煙韌。每一片都好似耳仔咁,裝住沙樂美腸番茄醬,番茄味濃,整體對我嚟講偏辣🥵Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino southern style $89意粉雖然唔係手工意粉,但煮得有韌度、彈牙。醬汁主要係番茄汁,辣辣地,加埋掛麵嘅吞拿魚碎。但酸荳+黑橄欖呢個組合唔係人人都啱,酸酸鹹鹹。Signature homemade tiramisu $55蛋黃味、芝士味摻半,咖啡味、酒味比較弱。質地相對流質,個人偏向硬身少少。Cake
