好味指數😋😋😋😋😋回頭指數 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️開心指數🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗今晚約咗家姐食飯,大家決定食好D,揀咗呢間法國菜,我成日都覺得呢間嘅crêpes 係最 classic 嘅!首先叫咗兩杯飲品…🍴Kerne “craft cider” ($55)見到檯上面有介紹,原來食crêpes 時飲法國蘋果酒係 Brittany 最傳統嘅食法,當然要試下啦!呢種係比較 dry & fruity,甜甜哋,好香蘋果味,好易入口,酒精含量應該唔算太高,我成餐飯飲咗一杯都冇面紅!(我平時飲一杯酒個面已經紅晒嘅)而檯上面嘅 Bolee,就係專門飲 cider 用嘅!🍴Sparkling homemade pineapple & ginger ale cooler ($45)家姐唔飲酒嘅,就叫咗一杯無酒精嘅飲品,我試咗一啖,有好香濃嘅菠蘿味,帶少少果肉,加埋ginger ale 嘅味道原來係咁夾!🍴Shrimp Salad ($152)嚟到發現都幾大碟,上面嘅蝦係Grill 到好香,都幾大隻,夠新鮮爽口!另外有芒果、蘆筍、小番茄同沙律菜,個沙律汁撈埋芒果後,酸酸甜甜咁,好開胃!下面有Galette (鹹薄餅),夾埋一齊食又

呢款係店員特別推介我哋食嘅!本身冇諗過會叫 mussels 食,見特別推介,就試下啦!嚟到時賣相好攪鬼,估唔到食法國菜會用一個好似煲仔飯嘅煲上,打開時見到份量都幾多,用咗白酒同洋蔥煮,拆一隻試下先,mussels 幾厚肉飽滿,脹卜卜咁,咬落去有少少爆開嘅感覺,加埋少少湯汁一齊食,真係好鬼正呀!果然好推介!

食食吓,有個鬼佬走過嚟問我哋D嘢好唔好食,我哋大讚個mussels 好味,佢話我哋知呢D mussels 係叫 Bourchot Morisseau 法國藍青口,香港得唔係好多間店有入呢種 mussels,佢哋直接由法國入貨,每年嘅7月至12月先有,為咗維持質素,其他時間就唔會提供呢款 mussels 菜色!傾傾吓,先發現原來佢就係呢間店嘅founder😂
🍴La Bigoudene ($128)
首先俾佢上面嘅流心蛋吸引咗我嘅視線,餡料有 ham、emmental cheese,另外可以選擇兩種蔬菜配料,我哋揀咗番茄同蘑菇。Emmental cheese 係味道溫和嘅芝士,加埋Ham,帶少少鹹香味,番茄蘑菇沙律菜好清新,用流心嘅蛋汁夾埋薄薄嘅Galette 食,好正!

呢間店嘅Galette(鹹薄餅)係用buckwheat flour(蕎麥粉)造嘅,係Gluten free(無麩質)!
🍴La Jamaicaine ($118)
嚟到當然要點佢最大熱嘅甜品!店員放咗碟甜品上檯後,就用火點著裝住 grand marnier 個勺淋上面,睇住藍色嘅火圍住燒!Crêpes 上面有雲呢嗱雪糕同焦糖化咗嘅香蕉,Grand marnier 已經用火燒咗,留返好輕微酒味,有少少橙香嘅甜味,加埋軟軟嘅crêpes,真係一流!

🍴La Licorne ($88)
呢款crêpes 上面有椰子雪糕、芒果、士多啤梨同cream,個椰子雪糕竟然出奇哋唔錯,個椰子味一D 都唔artificial,加埋少少椰絲,係幾好食嘅(本身我一D都唔熱愛椰子味雪糕)~
