Cauliflower risotto with salty duck egg Green pea soup with bacon foam,豆湯幾好飲,清新,bacon foam有提味作用。 Iberico ham mixed salad with plum dressing,沒甚驚喜,就是ham加沙律菜加點梅子汁醒醒胃,ham油也不太重,沒甚麼味道。 Cauliflower risotto with salty duck egg
出色,Cauliflower risotto味道突出,加上salty duck egg既鹹香,味道出色。 之後到主菜,分別有lamb rack ($198)同saga gyu beef (A3)($498)
Lamb rack 用kaffir lime,waterchestnut 同fu yu,菜式本想營做羊腩煲的味道,奈何羊肉質不太出色而腐乳泡沫也軟淡味,對食盡羊腩煲的香港人黎講,完全不合格,而且羊腩煲係冬天好似夾小小,係酷熱天氣警告之下再食羊腩煲好似有啲唔配合。 saga gyu beef (A3)佐賀A3和牛,脂肪較少,也是正常,因為是A3。但肉有點乾就比較失望,食唔到肉汁,乾身而且比較鞋口。配黑松露羅白糕。怕唔夠食,另外叫左一份side dish 黑松露羅白糕($80),煎得比較焦及乾,黑松露味道不強。 甜品係豆腐花泡沬,無錯又係泡沫,我明白分子料理好多時會用上泡沫,但好似真係太多。 本來以為觀塘區租金便宜一點,性價比會高一點,但看來也是銅鑼灣的小店性價比高一點。
總體而言,味道普通,份量剛夠果腹,真是輕食。如果要個體面環境可選這裡,如果追求味道或飽肚,有更多好味且高性價比既選擇係觀塘。
