放假想好好放鬆,就想搵間環境靚又坐得舒服既餐廳慢慢嘆,就比我搵到呢間位於尖咀海傍附近嘅西餐廳Hue Dining。成個感覺同氣氛都好chill,可以望住個維港食飯,星期日仲有Live jazz伴奏,會唔會太嘆~~佢地既weekend brunch既菜式都好豐富,包括6款前菜、2款主菜、2款甜品同2杯飲品,每位$480。House Bread 自家製麵包,麵包煙韌鬆化,配上果仁牛油令整體更香口。Ocean Trout海鱒魚配上鱈魚子及三文魚籽,菜式色彩繽紛,鮮甜香口,魚籽豐富整體口感。Asparaqus微微煎香嘅蘆筍,配上香烤發酵荷蘭醬及脆榖物,食落清新,外軟內脆,而帶微甜嘅荷蘭醬令蘆筍更出色!Grilled Erengi Mushrooms烤杏鮑菇配上法式牛油汁、焦香小洋蔥及榛子,整體好香口,杏鮑菇夠晒多汁,洋蔥勁爽,夾埋一齊食超夾,有衝動想來多客!Beef Tartar生牛肉他他,用上紅椒核桃醬調味,食落新鮮配上脆片一齊食更添口感,側邊幾塊烤大蒜,夾埋一齊食一樣滋味!Bull's Heart Tomato用咗牛心蕃茄、哈密瓜果醋及海帶製作而成嘅菜式,蕃茄酸酸甜甜夠開胃,哈密瓜超香甜,
