第二次來TIRPSE依然有驚喜依然點左Signature Dinner Menu (#1388 + Wine Pairing $728) French Bread 加左無花果溫度剛剛好外脆內軟,配合加左sour cream 同海鹽嘅牛油真係好味到要refill Oyster.Caviar. Snap pea (Starter)生蠔清甜creamy配合olive oil 同Caviar 嘅鹹香令人胃口大開Lobster. Lemongrass Eggplant (2nd Starter)lobster熟度剛剛好,清甜彈牙, lemongrass 同佢出奇地合襯。Sawara. Shirakou .
