環境 7.5/10K11 musea入面,地鐵站一出就係,雖然只係2樓,但都可以望哂成個大海景食飯。所以幾適合同女黎食。餐具器皿正常水準,每款酒配番特定酒杯,碗碟都有溫熱過先上菜。服務7.5/10服務正常,主要都係一班斯文叔叔著西裝上菜,會簡單介紹菜式,倒水換餐具都及時,大致可以。介紹wine pairing的外藉侍應十分用心,抵讚。味道7/10不過不失,主菜慢烤鴿極出色,8-8.5/10,唔似大排檔食脆鴿肉嫩,佢除左以上2點,仲有極極濃鴿肉清香味,簡直好似萬鴿係你口中奔騰咁。其他菜無咩回憶點。價錢6-6.5/10普通set fine dining埋單千幾,尚算可以,但upgrade set 再加wine pairing就2千幾,性價比過低。整體7/10紀念活動可以黎1次 continue reading

Usually, my wife and I went there for a cup of coffee at the tables outside the restaurant. Today, we decided to go inside and had a try. The first impression was the magnificent view, it’s awesome. The harbour is always attractive even though today’s weather is overcast and showering. We ordered the tea set. The layout was different from the normal 3 tier tea stand. Instead, a Japanese food box was used. The foods were meticulous, yummy and not too sweet. However, I can’t stop appraising the quality of coffee served. It’s aromatic, smooth and lastly, revitalising. It’s enjoyable even go there for just a cup of coffee. continue reading
