餐廳招牌菜之一,炸魚🐠是使用了每日新鮮運到的青衣魚柳,和雪藏魚絕對不能相比,魚味濃郁且魚肉口感彈牙,份量還非常巨大添。另一邊是炸薯條🍟,配上秘製咖喱汁,同樣出色。

大排檔的椒鹽魷魚🦑是我最愛,這道椒鹽魷魚則有別於大排檔的風味,使用了西式炸魚的方式處理,炸粉粉漿比較厚身,最後再灑上味椒鹽粉。重點在於魷魚本身,肉質非常鮮嫩且鮮味濃郁,一食就知道是新鮮食材,絕對值得一讚👍🏻
