能夠將梅酒演釋到出神入化,恐怕係香港暫時得呢間,係銅鑼灣新開既梅酒專門店「The CHOYA Ginza BAR」做得到,佢地將梅酒化身Cocktail base,配搭唔同ingredients結合,帶出唔同層次同口味;食物方面有佢地設計既梅子料理,幾有新鮮感。👇🏻📌The Choya Signature -▪️ Recommended - ▫️「The Choya Sonic」先用Single year既梅酒加上用梅整既premium syrup,tonic水同埋梳打水,再加粒梅子粒,入口超清爽,勁舒服!▫️「Green Earth」用抹茶加上梅子既fruit liqueur,入口帶淡淡既梅子既酸甜味,加埋抹茶中和返成件事,味道唔錯。▪️ Mixology - ▫️「Takumi’s Margrita」同樣用Single Year既梅酒做base,配搭橙酒、檸檬,bartender再係杯邊掛上紫蘇碎,入口清爽解膩,我超鍾意。▪️ Discovery - ▫️「Bai En Ko」以Single year梅酒做底,加埋Sweet Vermouth、Fino sherry、再以煙燻模式加強入口smo
