自從復活節開始病,一直口淡淡,無胃口。近日開始好返,就馬上周圍想搵好嘢食。擒日專程走去大角嘴,就係為咗佢嘅煎釀三寶。而家已經好少小店會賣,一來要開油鑊炸,二來又唔係點賺到錢。十元八塊生意,真係賺埋都未必夠交租⋯⋯呢到仲賣緊$20/8件,份量大小比坊間大舊好多。 選擇又多,有紅腸,腸仔,尖椒,青椒,豆腐,矮瓜,蟹柳,魚蛋。仲有其他炸物,如雞髀,雞扒,雞中翼,雞全翼,炸大腸,薯餅等等。。。。可惜上碟時,部份無開大火迫返D油出嚟,所以有啲油淋淋。但大致上同坊間比較都算唔錯,魚肉夠晒彈口,炸雲吞又唔會油淋淋。豆腐面魚肉大大舊,外脆內軟夠JUICY。另外炸雞全翼$8, 炸得香口乾身,外脆內軟,口感唔錯。 continue reading

上次去大角咀做嘢,肚餓,餓餓地喺附近搵小店填下肚,又唔想食得太飽,因為驚食唔到晚餐~ 發現好香嘅呢一間一族小食!喺附近已經聞到佢嘅香味,所以好奇之下,就行咗過去幫襯,發覺佢嘅款式種類好多,而且唔貴,所以就忍唔住試一試~ 本身諗住食薯餅,但係佢要整幾分鐘,我就冇叫到,直接叫煎釀三寶,佢嘅招牌!炸豆腐超級好味! ! 外皮整得好香口,真係脆的,而是好大舊,要分幾啖食先食到~ 茄子都唔錯,係凍左少少所以質素冇咁保持得到~至於魚蛋,就冇我想像中咁好食,可能我不嬲對魚蛋要求高少少,但係呢間嘅魚蛋就麻麻地~ 不過,整體都算唔錯,服務態度好好👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

今日做做吓嘢,突然間發覺好似有啲肚餓,原來我lunch只係食咗一串魚蛋,所以即刻走咗去買煎釀三寶食。自己一條友走咗入去大角咀,去咗一間好耐都冇去嘅鋪頭幫襯,叫一族小食。。雖然冇以前咁平,但係$10都可以食到五件,喺香港已經係好難能可貴。最重要係咩?好食就梗㗎啦,最重要係識到一種回憶嘅味道,其實10年前已經開始幫襯呢間鋪頭,一直都覺得個老闆好用心去整啲食物,特別鍾意食佢嘅炸墨魚丸同炸魷魚,好希望呢間甘用心嘅小食店可以繼續經營落去 continue reading
