唔知有幾多年無試過係香港感受到有秋意既秋天,所以今年行山意慾濃厚,雖然知道重陽節正日登山人較多,但都不減登山決定。可惜,當日無乜風,加上正直中午,友人表示好辛苦,結果比預期行得慢左…到達大埔市中心已經2點,為免影響晚餐,所以食車仔面。呢間餐廳修裝別有用心,除左掛上懷舊味濃厚既擺飾外,就連高牆身頂都仿製一排綠色窗花。豬頸肉、牛腩辣汁粗 $32平時車仔麵中意點牛腩,今次都唔例外;中意呢度既牛腩大大舊,唔似坊間既碎濕濕,重點係唔會得肥膏無肉食,食落啖啖肉!! 肉質唔會痴牙,但又唔會太淋。豬頸肉得四薄片,唔係好夠喉….😂肉質帶點爽,正中我下懷。 湯底點左小小辣,但原來我高估左佢,飲湯一D都唔辣。另外餐廳仲有菜脯提供,不過個人覺得只有鹹味同辣味,唔加都得。(碗中既魷魚係友人比我試,幾彈牙爽口)豬頸肉、豬手清湯河 $32豬頸肉、牛腩、魷魚米 $40總結環境裝修得唔錯,食物味道唔算出眾,中規中舉。

平時車仔麵中意點牛腩,今次都唔例外;中意呢度既牛腩大大舊,唔似坊間既碎濕濕,重點係唔會得肥膏無肉食,食落啖啖肉!!
肉質唔會痴牙,但又唔會太淋。豬頸肉得四薄片,唔係好夠喉….😂肉質帶點爽,正中我下懷。 
湯底點左小小辣,但原來我高估左佢,飲湯一D都唔辣。另外餐廳仲有菜脯提供,不過個人覺得只有鹹味同辣味,唔加都得。
(碗中既魷魚係友人比我試,幾彈牙爽口)

車仔麵雖然好多種食物,但由於童年回憶嘅關係,我都係揀牛腩,豬皮,魚蛋,酸齋等食物。呢間店裝修幾有特式,走懷舊路線,同車仔麵好襯。好耐冇食酸齋,第一啖就要食佢,食落覺得唔夠酸,唔夠juicy,唔似童年時食果種酸到瞇埋眼,好鬼滿足果種。牛腩都夠腍,但唔係以前成抽成抽就嚟斷果隻。豬皮乜咁嘅,實實在在一塊豬皮,唔係炸得通窿果啲,咬落係彈牙,但我唔係要呢隻囉,陳皮魚蛋聽就聽過,呢次係第一次食,有陳皮味ok嘅,但細粒。到我至愛嘅粗麵,頂吖,不只粗,仲係厚㗎,好似食緊厚切伊麵咁。唯一可以讚嘅係個湯底,有大魚味,差啲飲哂,但我印象中嘅車仔麵唔係咁囉…反而辣菜甫ok,樽裝可樂加$8,兩啖飲哂。撞啱冷氣唔涼,熱到我吖。以為可以找回回憶,點之係災難性催毁...做車仔麵呀,唔好扮做車仔麵呀!

好想食車仔麵,因為唔想同人逼,揀左下午茶時段去幫襯。3餸麻辣手工油麵:豬紅沒怪味,咬落唔會散修修。豬腸夠稔,完全沒有肥膏,可能係急凍貨關係。麻辣豬手,值得一讚,炆得夠火候,一咬就骨肉分離,而且帶有少少椒麻,味道層次分明。手工油麵,麵質幾爽滑唔油膩。今次係麻辣湯底,小辣,有少少麻香,唔會好辣,下次再食可挑戰中辣。而家禁堂食,好多工種嘅人拎住盒飯可以去邊度食,唔係人人都有office返,有公司飯堂,離地嘅人係諗唔到。

車仔麵館來說算唔錯 平時見呢一間餐廳門口超級多人排隊!咁我為咗方便就決定叫網上外賣平台 試吓到底點解咁多人排隊嘅原因。😂😂 咁我就叫咗兩碗一個面底係烏冬另一個係米線(我驚浸得耐會發所以我叫佢將湯同埋面分開裝)。咁我哋嗌左嘅餸就有醬燒豬頸肉、咖喱魷魚、滷水雞翼、陳皮魚蛋、蟹柳、蝦條卷和牛腩。我覺得每一項餸都好入味。👍🏻 係湯底方面我哋叫咗蕃茄湯和牛腩汁,我覺得兩個湯底都偏鹹。尤其是係番茄湯特別鹹😩同埋唔知點解我覺得個番茄湯有羅宋湯嘅味道而唔係鮮茄湯😂😂,不過個牛腩汁湯底係好食嘅。 總括來講呢一間車仔麵啲水準都唔錯,尤其是配料和牛腩湯。但係番茄湯就有少少敗筆之作(可能係唔啱我嘅口味😂)。

平時經過見到有好多人排隊,今次見到無咁多人就排隊試下啦! 店面走懷舊風,由裝修到餐具都充滿濃濃嘅舊香港風味。今次叫咗咖喱魷魚、蘿蔔、溏心蛋配米線,蘿蔔很清甜、魷魚爽口彈牙、溏心蛋充滿醬油的香味,再令我喜出望外嘅係枱上提供的菜葡放題,加入湯底入面加重了咸味辣味,完全係我嘅心水組合。

經常見門口一大堆人等位,一直未有機會試,今日經過見無乜人,終於可以一試。疫情關係都有用膠板做分隔,但因為我只有一人,店員都有安排其他人同我一齊坐。兩餸一麵$32,三餸$40,四餸$48,四餸以外每餸$9,飲品另計。餐單款式不算多,但一般的車仔麵組合都會有。由於是下午茶時間,我只點了豬紅和蘿蔔兩樣,湯底是秘製辣汁小小小辣。起初見湯底顏色,以為是淡而無味的清湯隨便加點辣汁,但原來都幾好味既。蘿蔔夠淋夠入味,豬紅好滑,麵質都好彈牙。總括來說,這一碗麵是值80分的。事實上做車仔麵的店很多,但好味的很少,很多時只是把餸全部淥熟就是。而我因有兒時排檔車仔麵的情意結,所以心中有既定標準,三不館雖然仍未能做到我心目中的兒時車仔麵風味,但以現今的車仔麵作比較,算是合格有餘。題外話,由於店舖地方較細,大家要有急急吃、還要不時被要求調位的心理準備。

餐單款式不算多,但一般的車仔麵組合都會有。由於是下午茶時間,我只點了豬紅和蘿蔔兩樣,湯底是秘製辣汁小小小辣。

起初見湯底顏色,以為是淡而無味的清湯隨便加點辣汁,但原來都幾好味既。蘿蔔夠淋夠入味,豬紅好滑,麵質都好彈牙。

總括來說,這一碗麵是值80分的。事實上做車仔麵的店很多,但好味的很少,很多時只是把餸全部淥熟就是。而我因有兒時排檔車仔麵的情意結,所以心中有既定標準,三不館雖然仍未能做到我心目中的兒時車仔麵風味,但以現今的車仔麵作比較,算是合格有餘。

題外話,由於店舖地方較細,大家要有急急吃、還要不時被要求調位的心理準備。

平時米線果d食得多,都有一排冇食車仔麵。記得大埔有間車仔麵個裝修行懷舊風,雖然都唔係咩新興風格,但都係令人印象深刻既裝修。下晝點幾兩點黎到,門口有七、八人喺度等緊。愈黎愈怕排隊既我,加上呢個大熱天時同埋餐廳既位唔算多,本身都想打退堂鼓。不過,次次都係咁就次次都冇得食吧,又有幾可可以唔係個個要既排隊既時間黎食麵?喺附近既鋪頭行左陣,番到黎剔埋紙就差唔多。餐廳樓底夠高,佢地利用左呢個高度,將冷氣裝到好高,所以冷氣既可以度數低少少,又可以均勻咁散落黎,又唔會有邊個位吹到凍疆,唔錯。車仔麵都係勝在平快靚正,剔左紙一陣就到左。我揀左蘿蔔、豬頸肉、牛腩同雞翼,一次過試多幾樣送跟腩汁粗麵。車仔麵湯原本就唔係日本拉麵咁樣講究湯底,可能我叫左牛腩,所以腩汁多d,都幾味。蘿蔔冇渣,口感好,雖然香同甜就一般,但唔係某d鋪頭果d糖水蘿蔔,唔錯。豬頸肉比想像中好食,味道整得非常唔錯,夠咸夠香,又唔會太林。雞翼大大隻都入味,係正常既瑞士雞翼。 牛腩同豬頸肉一樣,比想像中好食,夠林夠味,林得黎又有番牛腩帶煙韌既口感,唔錯。麵底正常,份量都係正常。呢個價錢,呢個質素,好評。

我揀左蘿蔔、豬頸肉、牛腩同雞翼,一次過試多幾樣送跟腩汁粗麵。車仔麵湯原本就唔係日本拉麵咁樣講究湯底,可能我叫左牛腩,所以腩汁多d,都幾味。蘿蔔冇渣,口感好,雖然香同甜就一般,但唔係某d鋪頭果d糖水蘿蔔,唔錯。豬頸肉比想像中好食,味道整得非常唔錯,夠咸夠香,又唔會太林。雞翼大大隻都入味,係正常既瑞士雞翼。 牛腩同豬頸肉一樣,比想像中好食,夠林夠味,林得黎又有番牛腩帶煙韌既口感,唔錯。麵底正常,份量都係正常。呢個價錢,呢個質素,好評。
