三不館係大埔開左無耐,我已經愛上左佢,成日心思思想食。同辦公室有一段好遠距離我都要行過嚟食,因為真係好好食,車仔面來講好高質😊早排喺荃灣開咗分店,有福了!由於我成日話(偽)減肥,食低碳水化合物,三不館車仔麵有得淨餸,就岩曬我啦~ 又好抵食。佢哋舖頭裝修方面係懷舊風格,食車仔麵都有得打卡。我通常要生菜底,魷魚、牛腩,其實好多餸都好食。湯香濃,魷魚、牛腩本來都有醬料,唔會係白烚嘅感覺,用心製作,好惹味!

突發奇想想食豬手,我地上openrice搵到附近有一間車仔麵有豬手食就立即出發,估唔到有意外驚喜。三不館舖面唔大,但係裝修有心思,望落新淨。我地雖然要搭枱,但係有膠板隔住,地方都算闊,坐得舒服。腩汁湯底食唔出有味精。麵質彈牙。豬頸肉又淋又入味。流心蛋香滑濃稠。酸齋就太淡口無味。重頭戲嘅豬手好彈牙軟腍,但係對我黎講太辣,朋友就話好好食。對面情侶話蝦卷好食,下次可以一試。好食又唔咸嘅車仔麵可遇不可求。今次誤打誤撞搵到新食堂,坐低先知道係地區本店,下次黎大埔一定會再食。

不會再去的車仔麵店(大埔)三不館1. 同檯食客同時間入單,佢d麵到咗,我等多15分鐘於是同職員講,佢竟然答我煮緊!仲要等多5分鐘先出到麵比  我,d單跟到亂晒籠!出麵個職員手腳慢到不知所謂!2. 座位空間超窄,好似坐在紙箱入面咁!3. 食物質素不好,沙薑豬手完全冇沙薑味、牛腩太硬、古法辣汁係用雜貨店買到的沙茶醬,毫無誠意!大家無謂排隊食到一肚氣啦!其他地方美食多的是!

1. 同檯食客同時間入單,佢d麵到咗,我等多15分鐘於是同職員講,佢竟然答我煮緊!仲要等多5分鐘先出到麵比  我,d單跟到亂晒籠!出麵個職員手腳慢到不知所謂!
2. 座位空間超窄,好似坐在紙箱入面咁!
3. 食物質素不好,沙薑豬手完全冇沙薑味、牛腩太硬、古法辣汁係用雜貨店買到的沙茶醬,毫無誠意!
大家無謂排隊食到一肚氣啦!其他地方美食多的是!

已經食到連自己都數唔到咁多次啦,首先淨係睇裝修都已經好吸引好有懷舊既感覺.今次叫左雞翼尖,咖哩魷魚,羅白,米粉而湯底就金牌麻辣汁.車仔麵必食既雞翼尖佢經已滷到非常淋身同入味,咖哩魷魚就爽口彈牙,羅白更加係冇渣清甜配埋個新穎既麻辣汁簡直冇得頂呀

車仔麵叫左豬腸,鳳爪,牛腩,蝦卷條腸滷得非常入味,每款餸都好多,不過叫左油麵,就碎濕濕嘅個湯非常好飲,好似煲出嚟嘅湯咁,淨係個湯底都有80分!!值得再次幫襯👍👍👍
