我每次去親都係食三哥排骨菜飯, 擔擔面,或者湯粗面, 汁一定揀鎮江汁。最鐘意排骨夠肥,如果咁岩撞正塊排骨好瘦我就一定唔開心, 同我男朋友換塊肥既食

自從三哥廚房搬離粉嶺區之後,好難食得返咁既水準,難得入馬𩣑山行下原來搬左黎d到,終於都可以食返我最愛既醉拿手,搵返幾年都食唔到既味道,仲有老闆娘三嫂係一個熱情好客既人,同佢傾住食真係好開心,好滿足既一晚!

同老婆兩個去食,就算馬鞍山係美食地獄,都冇理由會覺得呢的野叫好食. 用正宗上海菜標準來睇,菜飯菜不對,切得太細. 鎮江汁唔係用正宗鎮江醋. 口水雞個麻汁唔夠辣. 個汁整個陣時炒八角炒燶左. 年糕坊間超市貨. 分量細就唔講了. 上海家常野. 又唔係叫你整醃篤鮮. 咁gar水平. 2人3樣野200蚊. 香港係飲食全面退步,性價比都冇理由要低成咁.

一個星期六,無所事事,就決定入去幾年未到過的馬鞍山行番個大運。去到五點幾,開始覺肚餓,Openrice就速速search,見到附近有間上海菜館,仲要唔係連所經營,呢啲店,點可以唔去支持吓。紅油抄手,份量可以有六隻,底層配上紅辣油,而外皮還算薄,內裡的用料也很足,有肉汁,也有清新的菜餡,唯一是覺得有點不久辣。鎮江排骨菜飯,菜飯一直是我的至愛,這店做出的菜飯用心程度比大店的馬虎,真的沒法相比,不過如果可以再加入上海的鹹肉,一定會更出色。鎮江排骨炆得很淋、很入味,加上鎮江汁的獨特酸味,配飯是一流的選擇。三哥排骨擔擔面,湯底既有花生味,也保留了一定的鮮甜味,加上面上放了小店製的調味碎碎材料,為這擔擔面加了不少的分數。上海炸排骨,外層的炸粉薄薄的,不能不贊,而且肉質也較嫩,不過味道有點偏甜。

紅油抄手,份量可以有六隻,底層配上紅辣油,而外皮還算薄,內裡的用料也很足,有肉汁,也有清新的菜餡,唯一是覺得有點不久辣

鎮江排骨菜飯,菜飯一直是我的至愛,這店做出的菜飯用心程度比大店的馬虎,真的沒法相比,不過如果可以再加入上海的鹹肉,一定會更出色。鎮江排骨炆得很淋、很入味,加上鎮江汁的獨特酸味,配飯是一流的選擇。
