今日一家大細,有老有少,六點幾去到只有一枱客人,男侍應食緊飯都即時起身招呼我們,真係有啲唔好意思。😅叫左油肶跟飯、炸肶跟意粉、炸肶跟沙律、炸比中辣、黑牛、金牛、凍檸茶及兩罐汽水。炸比外脆內嫩、油比好入味,老人家都讚不絕口👍🏼👍🏼由於有小孩所以再追加一碟剩意粉皮一杯黑牛😋😋埋單$3XX 都幾貴😅,不過久唔久食下都 OK😊PS. 期間問男侍應拎野佢都即時比,無黑口黑面,服務態度唔錯。美中不足洗手間維修中,有一部冷氣壞左。😓

身為一個北區嘅居民,冇可能未試過呢間三多, 但我今次就真係偏偏係第一次黎!今日可能因為係紅日,加上又係下午茶時間,都要等左20分鐘先有得食!據我所知翠樂街應該係三多嘅第一間分店,而且佢亦有好多分店包括大埔大圍等等。黎呢度既人全部都係為左食佢地既一樣招牌食物,就係炸雞肶!呢度三多炸雞髀炸到金黃色夠靚應該係落咗麵包糠炸先可以做到咁嘅效果, 而且雞肶夠大隻仲有好多肉汁,好味!不過就係比較貴,要成三十蚊一隻另外亦點咗炒腸粉,微辣,少脆口,又係三十蚊,又係偏貴不過好味都抵番啦!

據我所知翠樂街應該係三多嘅第一間分店,而且佢亦有好多分店包括大埔大圍等等。黎呢度既人全部都係為左食佢地既一樣招牌食物,就係炸雞肶!

呢度三多炸雞髀炸到金黃色夠靚
應該係落咗麵包糠炸先可以做到咁嘅效果, 而且雞肶夠大隻仲有好多肉汁,好味!不過就係比較貴,要成三十蚊一隻

另外亦點咗炒腸粉,微辣,少脆口,又係三十蚊,又係偏貴

不過好味都抵番啦!

有一次經過,見到一間毫不起眼的小店,見到外面很多人等,決定試一下。去到剛好有少量位,所以便坐下,坐了不久,小店坐位已爆滿,而且等的人越來越多了。我叫了杯爆檸,真係爆..感覺好得意,用少少的蜜桃汁整成爆珠,好新鮮~之後又叫炒腸粉,個個都話好吃,果然。味道頗辣,但本人食得辣,所以很喜歡那種辣味,不能停口,很香口~之後到炸脾,聽到幾乎每張枱都叫起碼兩隻,我都叫兩隻,一中辣,一唔辣。原來中辣只不過時放辣粉,可惜辣粉帶點苦,影響了炸雞原來的味道,所以下次我一定會叫唔辣,這樣可以食到原來炸雞的味道。炸雞一咬下去,很鬆脆,明明是炸的,但不油,而且可以鎖住肉汁,很有水準,我明白為何天氣那麼冷,仍有那麼多人等位等外賣,因為真是值得一試~

之後到炸脾,聽到幾乎每張枱都叫起碼兩隻,我都叫兩隻,一中辣,一唔辣。
原來中辣只不過時放辣粉,可惜辣粉帶點苦,影響了炸雞原來的味道,所以下次我一定會叫唔辣,這樣可以食到原來炸雞的味道。炸雞一咬下去,很鬆脆,明明是炸的,但不油,而且可以鎖住肉汁,很有水準,我明白為何天氣那麼冷,仍有那麼多人等位等外賣,因為真是值得一試~

本人覺得沙律唔可以話係炸脾既配角,因為個沙律真係好好味,唔會落太多沙律醬而覺得個沙律太酸,配料同醬配合得剛剛好!

有時放工時間早,太早吃飯,夜一點的時間會餓。因為有朋友較晚放工,偶爾會聚在一起吃宵夜。選擇來去也是那幾個,三多是其中之一。最近天氣越來越熱,比起大埔三多,我們更常選擇有冷氣的三多第一分店。豉油王雞脾是一定要試的,我覺得比炸脾更好味,雞皮和雞翼都非常入味,豉油不會過甜,而且雞脾肉質嫩滑,試過會想再試。因為炸脾感覺太over ,自欺欺人地點了炸雞翼,炸得剛好,夠香脆肉又嫩,當然油份也不少。另外點了碟豉油肉碎炒腸粉,腸粉均勻吸收了豉油味,但又有會太鹹。腸粉爽身彈牙,加上有肉碎和芽菜,口感更豐富。不過,真的太油了,墊底的菜裝了不少油份,扣分。最後口痕點了炸薯條,一樣炸得很香口,薯條中間軟綿綿的。當然,一樣是油了點。這樣邪惡的宵夜,雖然味道很好,但不能多吃。
