三多聽身邊的人多次提起但是都沒有吃過難得到大埔 又看到三多人不多就進去一試.三多基本上已經和炸肶互相掛鉤一提到三多 大家都會說一定要吃炸肶可是最近豆豆在我的臉上愈來愈放肆一開始男朋友說要吃三多的時候我心裡忍不住翻了一千幾百個白眼.坐下來打開餐單才知道原來三多不止有炸肶 還有 滷水雞肶 $30醬汁非常入味 雖然最裡面的肉仍是白色可是滷水的味道仍充斥著整個口腔雖然滷得入味 但雞肉不見年老色衰仍保持著年輕時的細皮嫩肉$30一塊雞肶算比較貴如果要我常吃 我就消費不起了.豉油肉碎炒腸粉 $32是由腸粉 芽菜 肉碎炒成腸粉表面有一點點焦 所以吃進口時可以感到表皮有點脆相信是廚師先把腸炒表面微微煎了一下再帶去炒腸粉很滑 有點彈性雖然比較油 可是還會令人吃完一口又一口芽菜雖比教咸 可是多咬兩下芽菜的甜味還是在的

是由腸粉 芽菜 肉碎炒成
腸粉表面有一點點焦
所以吃進口時可以感到表皮有點脆
相信是廚師先把腸炒表面微微煎了一下
再帶去炒
腸粉很滑 有點彈性
雖然比較油 可是還會令人吃完一口又一口
芽菜雖比教咸 可是多咬兩下

喺附近行完街街已經四點幾,本身諗住去大埔嗰間點知原來太和都有分店,呢間有位坐
黎到一個人都冇唔使等位
坐低即刻點反個出名既炸雞髀先
炸到外脆內軟係吾錯既,再叫多個西多士,多士就冇咩特別啦,同其他茶餐廳一樣
再黍一個肉碎炒腸粉,炒腸粉就辣咗少少但啲腸粉幾彈牙都幾香
