友人特登黎大埔搵我食宵夜,梗係要帶佢去三多見識下啦!我地叫左兩隻炸脾、香辣肉碎炒腸粉、雞排炒公仔麵。飲品叫左爆檸同黑牛。炸髀我地叫左一隻bb辣一隻唔辣,照舊都係熱辣辣,啲肉好滑,個炸皮唔會太厚,啱啱好!不過友人就覺得bb辣就辣左少少。友人未食dinner所以就叫左個炒公仔麵,我都試左啖。啲都炒得啱啱好,唔會太濕或太乾,都好夠味。呢個真係每次三多必食,香香辣辣好惹味,每舊腸粉都係比啲汁包住,芽菜都好爽口!原來爆檸係超多檸檬加爆珠,因為我好中意食爆珠所以幾好食!要讚一讚個朱古力雪糕,係帶苦苦地既味,好好食!雖然呢個宵夜好邪惡,但真係好滿足!

三多通常都係晏就先會開,一開就會開到夜晚12點半或者零晨1點半,大家千奇唔好白行一趟丫~講起三多,如果你有聽過呢間食店既名都一定有聽埋佢既炸雞髀!個個都話佢既炸雞髀好食,但我自己個人認為佢既滷水雞髀更好食~滷水講求啲咩呢?一定係要入味!三多響呢方面做得非常好,雞髀非常之入味,雞肉亦都夠嫩!唯一差少少既地方就係隻雞髀唔夠大隻,$3x蚊先食到一隻雞髀真係有少少肉赤!不過好食係最緊要~尤其最邪惡果塊雞皮大大塊而且又索哂滷水味,諗起都流口水!

炸雜錦拼盤(共24件)$55份量都算多,足夠兩個人一齊食,有魚蛋、墨丸、蝦條、咖哩角、雞塊、燒賣賣相已經好吸引,炸得好均勻,黃金色。好香口,熱辣辣食係好好味。豉油肉碎炒腸粉$32肉碎雖然比較少但都做到調味既效果,呢個腸粉整體不過不失,除左肉碎腸粉都仲有芽菜做配菜麻辣雞尖$55我自己就好中意食雞翼尖,去小食店必叫。呢到雞翼尖份量比較少,但勝在每隻既size都唔細比其他鋪頭用既雞翼尖大,食落會食到花椒八角味道,好入味,值得推介😀😀

滷水雞髀,巨髀份量足,雞肉滑雞皮黏,無豉油味無滷水味,冰糖味極嗆混濁,羶味強勁,味道劣極難食。滷水雞全翼,肥美彈滑微黏,一啜骨肉分離。雞皮十分飽滿,充滿鳳脂滑啫啫。雞肉滑溜每口溢出肉汁,完成度非常高質完美,滷水清香不濁,嘆為觀止拍手掌。


炸雞全翼,不是什麼都用炸髀既脆醬加麵包糠就好食架,本身雞翼無咩肉,用厚厚脆醬麵包糠封到實,我還以為做左吉列添。蒜味脆卜卜,雞翼人造殼,硬硬吉吉刮刮感覺,炸粉蓋過所有味道。肉質乾硬鞋,完成度非常差。三重彩都比我買中,沙嗲豬腳肉 + 撈出前一丁 + 炸雞全翼,全部中伏難下嚥。


豉油肉碎炒腸粉,招牌炒腸粉堅得美味,還可以搭上大注芽菜同吃更滋味。豉油濃郁清爽,肉碎醇香嚥韌有肉汁,焦香鬆軟熱騰騰。比酒樓煎腸粉出色,燙嘴的感覺使人欲罷不能。


麻辣雞翼尖,花椒油味濃厚低沉,麻感微弱近乎零,散發輕輕辣度,反而蒜味飄香。肥美滑嘟嘟,浸得入味不咸不嗆,啜啜趙趙吸收所有甜美香辣精華,像食蔗一樣整條入口大力趙,吐出剩下骨碎,將所有骨肉粉碎吸收,完全無浪費!元朗 B 仔雞翼尖辣度強幾倍。滷水雞腎,高質的演繹。涼浸浸入口非常舒服,爽嫩肉質點點腎液,散發清甜滷水汁味道。開胃醒腦,一堆堆地趙更加過癮。


黑椒汁鴛鴦扒意粉,港式快餐意粉,厚厚杰杰黑椒汁熱熱的,香辣帶甜燙住入口夠暢快,意粉完整滑彈不粉,啜得舒服美妙。牛扒豬扒翻炸乾爭服硬掘掘,刮口鞋烚烚,醃味咸濁過火!


炸雞髀卡西西意粉,擘大嘴仔一咬一扯,索一聲薄脆雞皮撕裂,滾燙雞油雞汁發射,輕煙微飄,整個空間環繞香噴噴的炸髀氣味。炸髀皮脆肉嫩多汁水潤香口,白滑雞肉醃味濃郁醒神,帶著甜甜的肉汁,慢慢嘴嚼細味,迅間消滅!誰是卡西西?火影忍者卡卡西老師?童年回憶非常茄汁濕淋淋,樽裝茄汁味強烈,酸咪咪好開胃。兜炒均勻每口意粉都掛著茄汁,滑彈意粉但散筲筲碎濕濕,討厭!不能一氣呵成大啖大啖地啜,一段段食得不方便又辛苦。


尖椒炒豬頸肉,驚喜的鑊氣迎面撲來,師傅有料到!嫩紅的醬汁?不會係我討厭的泰式雞醬炒架麻,甜笠笠陰沉的味道最憎架!幸好只是一場誤會,原來被新鮮紅尖椒染成的,即刻開心返晒黎!爽甜帶辣的紅椒青椒掛著芡汁超好味,夾埋爽脆彈滑豬頸肉就更加不得了!讓白飯包著豬頸肉青紅椒齊齊入口,百花齊放,香辣甜美咸香爽脆彈滑嚥韌,應有盡有,拍手叫好,滿分無得彈,被我清得一乾二淨!


涼瓜炒牛肉,涼瓜爽甜甘香多汁不苦不澀,蒜蓉洋蔥芡十足勝瓜肉片味道,十分討我歡心。牛肉有點奀,有咬口而醃味吸引,連汁帶肉夾瓜撈飯好味道。蠔油唐生菜,蠔油充滿鮮味不咸,點少少蠔油使到平凡的生菜生動晒活起來!雞湯烚生菜,爽嫩掛蠔油,完全係生菜魚肉的生菜味道,好食好食。


沙嗲豬頸肉撈出前一丁,忘記可能有椰菜芽菜要叫全走呢,點解會配生椰菜架?苦澀味強勁,乾爭爭完全唔夾,芽菜硬掘掘勁生,應該有拖過水但基本無烚過。我唔會食,根本食唔到,挑埋一邊。兩分鐘上菜,明顯麵底煮定。粉粉黏黏糊口,不爽不滑,麵味陰沉,出前一丁毫無靈魂,一早魂歸天國,我要食即煮熱辣辣充滿生命力既出前一丁架!豬頸肉外層微脆肉質爽爽,翻炸油膩感特強欠缺鮮味,仲要散發少許隔夜油益味道,黏黏厚厚沙嗲汁偏甜不辣,花生醬味強烈,整體入得口。


乾炒回鍋肉炒出前一丁全走,不要菜絲不要芽菜味道更濃郁更清爽。有鑊氣好功夫,香噴噴送到。濃濃的辣汁炒得均勻,每條麵都上色透徹,汁液剛好不過份,緊緊掛在麵條上。香辣味濃郁還夾雜一絲甜味,開胃醒神,一啖接一啖狠狠地吸啜,塞得嘴仔脹卜卜,陶醉地嘴嚼,爽彈的麵質捲著鬆化瘦肉一齊品嚐更加可口滾動。鮮筍爽脆多汁咸香出眾,食得我滿心歡喜,好得好好味。


豬扒乾炒五香肉丁出前一丁全走,極咸翻熱豬扒,微鬆腍腍,肥騰騰騰油淋淋,不喜歡。高質炒麵比撈麵好百倍!熱燙燙炒起入口暖笠笠好舒服,五香肉汁夠多,炒得著色均勻,每條麵都染上顏色,大束大束啜濕潤暢快。麵質爽彈帶著辛辣醒胃開心,間歇夾著軟腍肉丁添上生氣,迅間完全消滅沒半點剩下。


雞扒四併粒炒飯走菜,餐肉、火腿、腸仔、雞蛋?炒飯本身有蛋不計在內架麻。煎完翻炸都不失可口,食得津津有味。皮香肉嫩多汁,蒜味突出十分香口,萬分好味道。炒飯有點濕不夠飽滿清爽,有少少燶味。落味淡不夠香不夠鑊氣,蛋汁充足無孤寒,搭上火腿餐肉腸仔同吃比較好。幸好有美味雞扒與飯一齊入口,突然想清淡點食原味,不撈辣椒油喇。


煎豬扒五香肉丁炒飯,她媽的無可挑剔的滿分!軟綿飯粒香口辛辣不油膩濕度得宜。五香味道辛辣均勻,肉絲平均分佈在炒飯中。滿有誠意的真煎豬扒,躺在靜炒飯上享用,超然豬味甜,焦香醃味出眾,熱辣辣鮮味盡顯。

今日宵夜嚟咗食炸雞比,我order左一隻炸雞比BB 辣($30)我朋友就叫咗一隻滷水雞髀($30),再加一罐可樂($10)。等左大約10至15分鐘先至炸好,唔緊要證明佢係即刻炸嘅夠新鮮。雞髀比以前好似細隻咗不少,講炸雞髀先,非常之脆熱辣辣好好食入面好嫩滑,同juicy,真心推介,呢個價錢來講真係好抵食。但係滷水雞髀認真唔掂,顏色橙橙地嘅唔似出面嘅啡色滷得唔入味同埋雞好林身唔夠滑,絕對唔會再食。佢呢間野感覺好似只係得炸髀好食其他都麻麻地啦。
