位於油麻地的中式粵菜館,之前乘車經過時發現一間才開業兩個月的精品粤菜館。有別於傳統的中菜館,餐廳座位十分寬敞開揚,亦設有不少卡位,裝潢蠻別緻的,而網上評論亦不錯,於是便決定一去探店了鮮蝦福建炒飯 $148福建炒飯賣相很不錯,鮮蝦份量一點也不吝嗇,材料十分豐富;粒粒分明的炒飯配合香濃的芡汁,鑊氣十足,非常美味冰燒三層肉 $168這道冰燒三層肉其實是精美版的燒腩仔2.0,燒腩仔肥瘦均稱,咬下去油香滿溢,外皮脆而不油,非常鬆化;肉質非常軟腍但又略有嚼勁,而且帶有微微炭香,真的很好吃岩鹽脆皮太爺雞(半隻) $98新店推廣價98元半隻,頗划算的! 這道菜味道有點像婚宴吃到的炸子雞,吃起來皮脆肉嫩,雞皮炸得焦焦脆脆的,去除了雞皮的油膩感;肉質細嫩卻略有嚼勁,十分濃香,這道菜CP值極高最後職員更送了兩碗薑茶湯丸給我們,雖然只是免費糖水,但薑茶的辛辣感不會太重,辛辣適中溫溫順順的,頗暖胃潤滑的! 為這個晚餐寫下了完美Ending

這道冰燒三層肉其實是精美版的燒腩仔2.0,燒腩仔肥瘦均稱,咬下去油香滿溢,外皮脆而不油,非常鬆化;肉質非常軟腍但又略有嚼勁,而且帶有微微炭香,真的很好吃

岩鹽脆皮太爺雞(半隻) $98
