荃灣超人氣劉興記生煎包專門店原來係旺角都開左分店,今日就約埋朋友一齊黎試下。估唔到6點黎到已經大排長龍,等左15分鐘終於有位。招牌生煎包 ($45/6個)生煎包個底煎到金黃香脆,每粒咬落去都爆晒汁,湯汁係用鮮雞同豬骨煮成,特別鮮甜。上檯時,店員仲會提醒小心湯汁,服務一流。原味小籠包 ($40/4隻)小籠包外皮薄透,內餡鮮甜多汁,爆汁程度拍得住生煎包,好味。上海排骨菜飯 ($42)排骨餐廳選用梅頭肉排,肥瘦適中,炸皮亦都炸到非常脆身,但又唔會炸到硬晒,依然保持鮮嫩肉質。雞絲酸辣湯 ($30)酸辣湯用料絕對唔馬虎,有木耳、筍絲、豆腐同肚雞絲。味道同份量都十分足夠。麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮 ($35)豆漿依家惠顧任何套餐/滿$60或以上,餐廳都可以免費任飲豆漿。豆漿係餐廳每日新鮮磨製,豆味突出之餘仲要係低糖,真係健康之選。
