有好一段時間無去喜聚坊了,最近同事提起有間餐廳的銀牙肉絲炒麵好好食,原來係喜聚坊,有好一些日子無去,原來這餐廳巳上了好幾次電視, 要提早訂位了,好彩最後都食到失傳嘢,今次仲要係新嘢,「金瑤古法海參條」(有圖有真相,真心唔錯),因為太肚餓,沒有每個菜式都遂一拍照,其實我仲食咗「炒時蔬」、「黃金蝦球」、「夜明珠」同「杏汁白肺湯」,味道保持一貫的高水準,因為太肚餓,眼闊肚窄,本來仲想叫多幾個餸,好彩老闆㩒住我,叫我唔好叫咁多,會食唔曬

老豆牛一生日飯,就揀左喜聚坊呢間私房菜,偷佢夠就腳兼平時午飯食過又有水準,就揀左中間價$480位嘅海鮮套餐。有原盅菜膽雞燉翅,可以用「君子之交」黎形容。海鮮方面有炸蝦釀合桃「合蒲珠還」,有清蒸南非「鮮」鮑(大嫂話係鯹鮑),有蒸銀絲大元貝,扇貝大粒爽口彈牙確抵讚!仲有清蒸游水龍躉斑,條魚夠滑可惜中間魚肉唔離骨,火候控制得唔好蒸唔熟,失敗也!仲有黑白胡椒焗肉蟹,惹味有餘鮮味不足,失望也!如果用上膏蟹效果會好得多!而且半圍都係一隻蟹,一人食得一隻蟹腳乎?最後係加左$150升級全隻樟茶鴨,據老闆娘話係靜係風乾都用上一個禮拜,每次只做七隻,賣曬先再做。呢隻樟茶鴨算有水準,冇鴨騷味,皮脆肉香下酒一流,為呢餐飯挽回些分數。最後陪埋老豆砌餅,呢餐飯就在我們的生日歌聲中完結。

有好一段時間book唔到枱, 無嚟開餐了, 呢幾日天氣突然轉冷, 個人好乾燥, 好想飲住家湯, 特別掛住無味精的杏汁白肺湯, 於是今日嚟咗晚飯, 杏汁白肺菜乾湯仍然好贊, 飲完滿口鮮甜, 杏仁磨得極幼細, 全溶在湯內, 非常滋潤, 連d湯渣金銀菜(係仲有味㗎)我都食曬, 跟住試咗個新菜式, 「火舞流星蟹」, 嘩! 個汁d味我從來未食過, 好正(但完全估佢唔到用咩材料先調到呢隻味道), 我結果要咗個白飯撈曬d汁, 仲有鹹魚豆腐煲, 送飯一流, 豆笛好好味, 仲有d金華火腿絲, 更能吊起豆笛的甜, 主食係炒飯, 保持一貫水準, 好吃! 好吃的餐廳希望同多d人分享, 但人太多我又book唔到枱, 心情好矛盾啊

噚晚喺「東張西望」睇到一個介紹麵嘅特輯,睇睇下發現原來喺喜聚坊嘅寶哥上咗電視,介紹嘅菜式係「肉絲炒麵」,但我從來未喺喜聚坊食過呢個菜式,所以,忍唔住去試,先上我必飲的無味精老火湯,今日係青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,好清甜但好夠味,又下火,正!跟住係滑蛋炒蝦仁,d蝦勁大隻,好彈牙好新鮮,仲叫咗涼瓜(因為我熱氣),第一次試用蝦醬炒,味道又唔錯bor,然後上招版菜之一咕嚕肉,味道唔洗多講,正正正!最後係主角,上電視嘅肉絲炒麵,麵香脆但唔會好硬完全唔會𠝹口,個汁亦唔係一般果d「糊pad pad」汁,銀芽亦去咗頭尾,好有誠意之作,唯一可以挑掦嘅係可能人太多,個presentation無電視咁靚(供圖對照),但味道係不用置疑的,一餐無味精的經濟實惠小菜,真係無得輸!

除了高檔食材,平價小菜也是值得推介。比一般小館來得還要住家口味,老闆娘介紹所有菜式不含味精,但太太覺得無味精下菜式有點濃味,我估計係老師傅一般習慣。唯所有預定菜式不是一叫就有,如當晚得你一枱客食指定菜式,他們可能預備不了,這是小店能理解。另有一優點是,老闆娘全程可用whatsapp溝通菜式,方便不炒。

今日襯住糧尾「紥炮」特登出大角咀試返間親民的地盤佬餐廳,貪佢價廉物美抵食夾大碟。我挑選了老干媽干炒牛河來試試,河粉起用比較幼身的金邊粉,因此較淋身,個人較喜歡粗身的沙河粉。呢度炒粉麵鑊氣十足值得一讚,為左令幼身河粉唔會變成一pat,落左好多油去炒,令成個河粉略嫌油份太多,唔夠健康。牛肉方面很大塊,食不出有鬆肉粉味,抵讚!整體合格。其餘各人試的均各具特色,例如東東點的薑葱牛腩撈麵,用粗生麵經已令人眼前一亮,味道拍得住街邊麵檔水準,加上牛腩分量多,全腩走筋,真係會食唔曬。同事的楊州炒飯加入左欖菜,同樣大大碟食得開心冇投訴!紮實的廚藝加上重量級的真材實料成為佢長期咁旺場的原因!題外話呢度逢星期三冇炒野食,有心試佢地炒粉麵飯記得留意!

今日同老公去食晏,發現咗一間又平又好味的餐廳,我叫咗加料皮蛋芫茜魚片湯米,好好食又下火,老公叫咗蒸肉餅,每人送無味精例湯,雪耳冬瓜湯,去濕最啱!仲有餐飲,per head 唔洗$60,真係「平、靚、正」!因爲太出色,於是夜晚又去,叫咗花鵰蛋白蒸蟹,蟹羔非常甘香,海蟹d肉特別鮮甜,蛋白有蟹鮮味又有花鵰香味,陳皮蒸深海泥鯭,魚肉非常鮮味,又叫咗煙薰雞,係我食過最好食的煙薰雞,d皮微微地甜有雞味,仲叫咗油鹽水花甲浸筧菜,d汁鮮到可以當湯飲,總括來說,係一間非常出色的餐廳,一定會再幫襯

今日同老公去食晏,發現咗一間又平又好味的餐廳,我叫咗加料皮蛋芫茜魚片湯米,好好食又下火,老公叫咗蒸肉餅,每人送無味精例湯,雪耳冬瓜湯,去濕最啱!仲有餐飲,per head 唔洗$60,真係「平、靚、正」!因爲太出色,於是夜晚又去,叫咗花鵰蛋白蒸蟹,蟹羔非常甘香,海蟹d肉特別鮮甜,蛋白有蟹鮮味又有花鵰香味,陳皮蒸深海泥鯭,魚肉非常鮮味,又叫咗煙薰雞,係我食過最好食的煙薰雞,d皮微微地甜有雞味,仲叫咗油鹽水花甲浸筧菜,d汁鮮到可以當湯飲,總括來說,係一間非常出色的餐廳,一定會再幫襯

又是和朋友喜聚慶祝生日,首選大角嘴喜聚坊。 跟隨大廚寶哥十多年,現在只説有幾多位客人,菜單就交給寶哥發辦,從未試過令我失望。今天我們的菜式:豉油皇大蝦。用新鮮大蝦,彈牙。超水準。當天寶哥幫我們留了一條大的手釣黑腳䲞,魚味濃生炸大蟹鉗,啖啖肉,新鮮又好味煎焗黑毛豬,正乾炒牛河,用幼身河粉去炒,牛肉新鮮入味,絕冇梳打粉𢲡過,碟底一滴油都冇,好功夫生日當然要預備富貴夜明珠,當生日蛋糕祝朋友生日快樂,身體健康

呢2日又去咗喜聚坊晚膳, 一晚見到張兆輝從包廂走出來, 另一晚就見到有食客捉住黃宗澤影相, 但本人對食物的興趣大過對人類😅, 所以, 我只抬頭望了一眼就繼續食😋。 我發現食完好嘢好難返轉頭, 已去唔返奧海城d鏈鎖食店晚膳了, 希望喜聚坊能賺到錢之餘, 以後仲訂到位啦😰。呢兩晚d小菜仍然繼續好出色, 我個人最喜歡「番茄炒蛋」, 咁家常嘅餸竟然可以煮到咁出神入化, 真係不得不寫個「服」字!👍🏻 (忽發奇想: 如果個廚師係女人, 應該可以用個胃留住好多男人?!😂)
