大角咀多食肆就人所共知,但原來裏面都有隱世的私房中菜,除了散叫外,還有圍菜,款式很多,而且有多款古法美食,如京酥國寶鴨等。我們先點了一個冬瓜薏米南北杏煲豬尾骨,一大碟的煲湯料連湯一起送上,可見用料十足,加上大量皂山薏米眉豆等,令湯帶點杰身,味道清甜,完全無落味精。小食要了椒鹽豆腐,豆腐炸至金黃香脆,中間保持嫩滑,正好一口一粒,是一個不錯的小食。自製果醋果肉生炒骨酸味完全不嗆喉,味道天然,蘋果醋香味較清新自然,加上用了新鮮的黑毛豬骨,豬肉味濃郁而且無豬騷味,表面更炸至香脆,帶點拔絲的效果。黃金蟹以美侖美奐的托盤盛載,令整個黃金蟹更加高貴,蟹殼表面沾滿了自家調製的咸蛋王,蟹殼炸至香脆且易咬開,蟹肉鮮甜,蛋王香惹味。最後餐廳送上香甜的馬豆糕作甜品。

Mala century egg - We ordered a starter to start with, and it was appetizing and slightly spicy. Century egg was soft and smooth, absorbing the essence of the mala sauce. There were sliced cucumber and tomato cubes to mix with, making it refreshing.

Spicy typhoon shelter crab - It was presented exquisitely, with a big glass plate placed on top of a swan display. Garlic were fried till very flavourful, mixing well with the crab. Fresh frog cooked in spicy pot - The chef was generous with the portion, with alot of frog meat, beancurd, bean sprouts and mushroom etc in it. Gravy was spicy, with strong mala flavour. Frog meat was very soft and smooth, absorbing the essence of the mala taste.

呢日同朋友去大角咀到食dinner,好耐冇食中餐,我地搵左一間中餐廳,估唔到有好大既驚喜!呢間餐廳係由名廚親自主理,入面啲菜式都係認真製作既傳統中菜,有啲更加係接近失傳,出面好少見既!我地點左黃金脆皮小黃魚,色、香、味俱全既一道菜!小黃魚炸到好香脆,成條又頭到尾都可以食既,連入面既骨都脆到可以食落肚,外層沾滿鹹蛋黃醬,真係超級推薦既一道菜!另外仲有老火煲南北杏雞骨草豬尾骨湯,估唔到喺餐廳都可以飲到咁有誠意既湯,老火湯係煲左幾個鐘,一啲味精都冇落,但係超級鮮甜,想滋潤一下既一定要試下呢煲湯!呢個豉油皇新鮮鵝腸都超正,鵝腸係每日新鮮訂既,食落好好爽彈,同出面食到既冰鮮鵝腸係完全兩個層次。呢個避風塘茄子都唔錯!
