今日去完西環影天空之鏡,之後就決定來依間餐廳食煲仔飯。西環碼頭行過嚟就大約需要10分鐘嘅路程。今次一共就兩個人食咗三夠差就係一個煲仔飯加兩個小菜啦原本想食梅菜扣肉煲架,但係呢佢就冇扣肉所以就轉左食砂薑雞腳。一碟砂薑雞腳就有八隻,好入味好好食。仲叫咗另一個小菜就係椒鹽鮮魷,炸粉厚度適中,唔太硬亦都唔太淋幾好食。最後就到今晚嘅主角啦,田雞白鱔煲仔飯!大家要注意就係佢製作煲仔飯嘅時間有啲耐。(證明新鮮即叫即煮)所以一坐埋位就要叫啦。佢嘅飯焦就唔屬於太多唔會係成個底都有飯焦,我覺得就啱啱好啦。因為太多飯焦又太硬,我就唔係好啱食。間店都幾多遊客嚟食,我就覺得佢價錢收費有少少高,環境同一般港式餐廳冇咩分別都唔係話太乾淨啦,對於遊客來講的確係一個感受香港特色煲仔飯嘅一個好地方嘅。

佢嘅飯焦就唔屬於太多唔會係成個底都有飯焦,我覺得就啱啱好啦。因為太多飯焦又太硬,我就唔係好啱食。

喺西環住得耐,一直都聽人大推坤記煲仔飯,每次經過都見到佢排長龍,但幾十年來,都冇真係試過食。終於有一次有朋友係外地來,話想食煲仔飯,就近近地帶佢去坤記啦。要食就梗係食本店啦,本店嘅服務員都好好,雖然粗聲粗氣d,但好有人情味同有禮貌,見你食煙,就會問你怕唔怕熱,唔怕,就坐出邊就會開心啲。叫咗幾個小炒同煲仔飯食,我同朋友幾乎都清晒,係好香口嘅,不過個人略嫌佢有啲濃味,食完都有點口渴,如果可以淡味啲,就一流啦。

夜晚七點去左正鋪,入面呀姐話至少要等90分鐘所以即刻行過黎呢間分店睇下,點知完全冇人等,所以就入左去要撘枱,一枱坐六個,都幾迫,而且同枱兩個大陸人霸成三個位點完菜十分鐘左右就上第一樣薑蔥生蠔煲生蠔有六隻,味道唔腥,不過唔係好夠入味我諗係我食過整得最差既一間啫啫芥蘭煲賣相幾好,落左好多肉碎,可惜味道一般,一樣唔夠惹味又好鹹窩蛋牛肉飯落單後大概25分鐘先上,好香好夠熱佢地既鼓油帶甜,連埋蛋汁撈飯食 好味牛肉鋪滿飯面,不過牛肉就算落左鬆肉粉整滑左 都係好韌,口感麻麻地 由於坐得好唔舒服,食完就啦啦冧埋單走人其實撘枱都唔緊要,但真係坐得好迫下,明明隔離成兩張大枱冇人,係都要客人撘唒係同一張枱而且d小菜整得麻麻,得煲仔飯ok如果唔係諗住佢係米芝連推薦都唔會走黎試(可能係分店所以比較差啦)除非係附近淨係黎食煲仔飯就走,如果唔係都冇必要專程黎

之前看评论不错,今天出差特地拉着同事来尝试。可惜让我大失所望。我来的是沿街店面的这家,环境一般,看不出很乱,但也不能说很干净,客人没想象的多。我们点了两份煲仔饭,皆是米饭焦硬,配料几乎没有入味,尤其是白鳝,除了土腥味什么都没吃出来。我牙口还不错,本着不浪费粮食的精神,硬是把饭全吃完了。我同事最后只吃了一半就实在吃不下了。从食材、调味、环境,我完全没看出他们一份煲仔饭价值100的底气。我实在不知究竟是我们口味太挑剔,还是香港同胞太随意。这味道实在难以恭维

Under this freezing weather, it’s the best time to have claypot rice. We’ve made reservation and still have to wait for 45mins, pretty cold outside but the food worth the long wait.The claypot rice doesn’t looks big but there are lot of rice inside, so 4 of us only ordered 2 and several other dishes. The sweet soy sauce is a must to accompany the rice. The Chiu chow oyster cake is very crunchy but not oily. The fried clams comes with rich sauce that’s so tasty you don’t wanna stop eating.Over

以往跟朋友食開油麻地煲仔飯,縱然難食,人有時就係會為著回憶去食多幾次…. 但我從來冇放棄過尋覓一個好食既煲仔飯,今次,我找到了。預早幾日打去總店問,「爆哂喇,walk-in都冇位,嘟……」完。打去分店一試,老細叫我當日7點半過去,留低個姓就得。店外永遠有人群聚集,老細會痴哂等位紙係收銀台,walk-in有no.叫號,訂位既會寫左時間同姓,其實都係要等~ Book左既大約半個鐘入座,walk-in又多人就要等一個鐘左右。拎左飛其實唔洗企係收銀等架,老細會出埋門口大聲叫號,亦可以係附近行一陣759/日本城先返黎~今次叫左我想食好耐既羊腩煲同煲仔飯,開頭擔心會食剩,最後2個人都食得哂~枝竹羊腩煲 $288 (附送一盤生菜)好多年冇食過羊腩煲喇,上台時惹來鄰座唔少艷羡目光(可能暗中覺得我地大食)~ 除左有大量羊腩同枝竹之外,仲有鮮甜馬蹄同幾塊爽口竹筍。羊腩主要係切成麻雀大細、冇皮既嫩肉,全部都好嫩滑有肉香,點埋附送既腐乳醬好好味~ 羊腩滑既程度係d肉一梳梳咁,如果你平時食雞只食翼同脾咁就岩哂,佢分分鐘仲滑過雞添。羊肉份量好多,食極都仲有添。枝竹係有少少鞋口個種,滾一陣就食得,食到尾都唔會爛又入

好多年冇食過羊腩煲喇,上台時惹來鄰座唔少艷羡目光(可能暗中覺得我地大食)~ 除左有大量羊腩同枝竹之外,仲有鮮甜馬蹄同幾塊爽口竹筍。

羊腩主要係切成麻雀大細、冇皮既嫩肉,全部都好嫩滑有肉香,點埋附送既腐乳醬好好味~ 羊腩滑既程度係d肉一梳梳咁,如果你平時食雞只食翼同脾咁就岩哂,佢分分鐘仲滑過雞添。羊肉份量好多,食極都仲有添。

枝竹係有少少鞋口個種,滾一陣就食得,食到尾都唔會爛又入哂味,正! 南乳湯底好香、咸淡適中,好怕湯底煲到尾會變左醬咁,呢煲食完料仲飲左幾啖湯。我地仲叫左碗白飯($12)黎送羊腩煲,其實我覺得就咁食餸都唔會咸,但有飯可以撈埋汁食唔好哂~ 生菜乾淨、多嫩葉,有畫龍點睛之效。

田雞腿僅僅熟,冇特別調味,新鮮彈牙。臘味肥瘦適中,食到應有既油脂香味得黎,又唔會整到成兜飯都係油。老實講我就唔太好膶腸既,試左一啖,原來同臘腸差唔多味,冇我印象中內臟既怪味喎!

重點係,成個煲仔飯底都有薄薄一層飯焦,可以輕易地一塊過刮出黎。飯焦用炭火猛火燒出黎,火候令每一粒米都熱到裂出幾條橫紋,近睇好似一條條虫咁。咬落去好香脆唔痴牙。呢種脆既感覺唔太熱氣,啪哂成塊都唔會喉嚨痛呀。從未試過煲仔飯可以食到一粒飯都唔剩,呢個煲食完乾淨到可以宜接煮下一煲。

煲仔飯即叫即整,冇得加單。建議大家黎可以叫埋其他小菜邊食邊等,如果唔係,分分鐘人地淨食小菜埋單走人你個飯都未到呀~ 我地今次等左大半個鐘,岩岩好食完個羊腩煲、隔離台食完5,6個小菜個時,個飯就到喇,眼見有人呆坐足咁耐先有得食呀陰公~

服務方面,基本上全店都忙到踢哂腳,但老細脾氣都好好,對等位客人幾友善;阿姐百忙中好細心,見客人個碗裝滿骨會主動幫手換,抵讚!

呢兩日天氣真是凍了,再沒有東西可以阻止我們去吃熱辣辣的煲仔飯!一枝公晚上6点来到店前,都要等一个鐘才有位,於是先落单:白鳝滑雞飯,然后一个鐘後再回来。一煲靚的煲仔飯,飯是不容有失的。新米米香突出,舊米有質感,要做到米飯應有的甜味和焦香。豉油要用傳統方法發酵,才有天然豆香,調味調得好,一湯匙已令煲仔飯昇華!材料最緊要新鲜,醃味不要太濃,把材料的鲜味带到飯中就可以。火候要保持肉質滑嫩又juicy。至於師傳所控制的「火候」,也是育成靚煲仔飯的重點, 因為要做出金黃香脆的飯焦。所以為什么排隊系门口等位都要返来!

你看。。。那個光亮的醬油 ,淋在飯的四周,像替好味的白鱔片同埋雞件 ,套上了 一個出色的光環一樣。。。 令它們艷光四射。

吃下去又是怎樣的味道呢?
白鱔片 ----- 新鮮爽口 ,吃得到的,是鮮魚片的[鮮味] 還加添了一些雞的油香和蔥花的香味 。雞件配在煲仔飯上, 肥美可人, 單看賣相, 已經令人垂涎欲滴,吃下去就是一道人間美食, 整體來說,我給100分。

天氣開始轉涼, 最岩係開始食煲仔飯, 放工揀左近近地而又出名既坤記保仔飯。記得上年6點幾行過坤記門口係有成20幾人等緊, 所以放棄左, 今次專登再早D去, 好彩有位, 不過要坐出名, 都唔錯, 另有一番風味。鍾意食田雞既我一定會揀田雞煲仔飯, 另叫一個滑雞煲仔飯同埋炒通菜, 兩個人岩岩好份量。等左十幾分鐘, 邊傾計邊等, 時間好快過, 煲仔飯一熱辣辣好香, 加埋鼓油再焗一焗更香, 田雞好滑好好味, 啖啖肉, 都係田雞脾多, 抵食! 滑雞就稍遜於田雞, 唔夠滑, 不過都好香, 食到尾個飯蕉都好正, 唔硬好脆好香口, 雖然好似好多飯, 怕食唔哂, 但一啖兩啖就食哂了, 可以一試!
