西區覓食第一站,先食個煲仔飯!本來想去和益大廈果間坤記,可惜冇訂位要等...而且天氣好熱,唔想食到汗流夾背,於是改去呢間德輔道西坤記。天氣咁熱都唔想食太多,2個人食一個煲仔飯加一碟菜就算。椒絲腐乳炒通菜($62)餐牌裡搵唔到唔代表冇,炒菜幾有鑊氣,落左薑絲感覺冇咁重。滑雞排骨飯($90)等左大約20分鐘,熱辣辣煲仔飯送到面前了。坦白說,質素好似比和益大廈店差少少,呢個煲仔飯偏濕,所以食到尾都唔係有好多飯焦。排骨調味幾重手,相比之下滑雞好食啲。至於性價比,一個雙拼煲仔飯索價$90好似唔多值。

等左大約20分鐘,熱辣辣煲仔飯送到面前了。坦白說,質素好似比和益大廈店差少少,呢個煲仔飯偏濕,所以食到尾都唔係有好多飯焦。排骨調味幾重手,相比之下滑雞好食啲。

係出面食煲仔飯都只不過係四十幾至六十幾蚊, 呢度到賣到八十幾九十幾蚊一個, 仲要無訂位無得食, 認真誇張。聽聞呢度仲有豬骨煲出名, 未食過就唔多清楚了, 只覺得呢度真係幾貴..... 話好好好好食, 我個人覺得, 可以接受啦, 但唔駛去到禁貴吧~~~

星期四晚在西營盤7:15 已經完成工作, 見當晚北風乍起就決定和同事2 人吃坤記煲仔飯, 先往西營盤店, 7:30 到達但見門外已有約10人排隊所以決定轉往德輔道西的店. 德輔道西店也爆滿, 但因店比較大, 所以我們2人等了10分鐘左右已經有位. 同枱食飯各自修行, 同枱共坐了4組合共8人, 前後左右枱大家背對背迫一迫蠻親熱.2 人點了薑蔥魚雲煲, 沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭和2個白鱔排骨煲仔食 + 潤腸2 個小菜在10分鐘內已上枱,  同枱各組搭枱的也都各自點了小菜也是飛快的上枱. 先試薑蔥魚雲煲, 味啖魚雲也不夠熱, 魚雲想是預先一早炸好, 有order 時所有材料落鑊爆香調味放入煲仔就承客. 如果夠熱味啖了點也是沒問題, 但魚雲不夠熱就帶魚腥嘛! 失敗再試另一味無咩難度小菜沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭, 全完中伏祗可說我未曾食過全無味道的沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭囉牛肉係全完無味, 需然一吃就知是新鮮牛肉, 但鮮牛也需落少少豉油.糖吊吊味嘛 ! 芥蘭全無鑊氣亦都好奇怪的完全無咸味, 沙爹獻汁不知為何亦祗見其色食不知其味 ?  也見同枱的小菜大多數食浄了一半, 莫非其他小菜水準都係水準有限 ? 煲仔飯足足等了一個鐘才到

祗可說我未曾食過全無味道的沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭囉
牛肉係全完無味, 需然一吃就知是新鮮牛肉, 但鮮牛也需落少少豉油.糖吊吊味嘛 ! 芥蘭全無鑊氣亦都好奇怪的完全無咸味, 沙爹獻汁不知為何亦祗見其色食不知其味 ? 
也見同枱的小菜大多數食浄了一半, 莫非其他小菜水準都係水準有限 ?
煲仔飯足足等了一個鐘才到
, 係所有 order煲仔飯的都呆等一個鐘. 小菜飛快到而煲仔飯要1個鐘才到......但見個個都等到儍2眼發光不停催促
我們2人的白鱔排骨潤腸煲仔飯承惠每煲 $110, 祗可以說坤記煲仔飯的水準比油麻地四季高少少, 但煲內祗有4舊瘦弱入口腍滋滋的鱔片
, 排骨真係得3舊骨
, 我倆等足1個鐘真係望住3舊骨哭笑不得
反而潤腸係靚貨, 入口充滿鮮腍潤干的香滑和玫瑰露酒香
. 如齋以食煲仔飯食味計, 唔錯好味的, 但以煲裡的餸計收 $70 一煲就差不多, 收 $110 就偏貴了.
唉! 失望的晚餐
亦希望店家認真檢討吓小菜水準

今天廚房應出咗啲事,叫個煲仔飯等咗成粒鐘,連老闆樓面都唔多睇得過眼。$75臘味飯已經係煲仔飯類中最平,窩蛋牛肉飯$85,白鱔排骨$95,排骨售罄,無通知下變成淨白鱔飯。臘味飯賣相好靚,臘腸臘肉切厚件放得整齊美觀。臘味軟硬度同味道均佳,沒有過鹹過硬。飯焦也出色,一點也沒有黐底燒燶,能一片脆卜卜入口。窩蛋蛋黃全熟,牛是用肉片。白鱔肥厚而新鮮,份量很足。質素比廟街高很多。

臘味飯賣相好靚,臘腸臘肉切厚件放得整齊美觀。臘味軟硬度同味道均佳,沒有過鹹過硬。飯焦也出色,一點也沒有黐底燒燶,能一片脆卜卜入口。窩蛋蛋黃全熟,牛是用肉片。白鱔肥厚而新鮮,份量很足。

質素比廟街高很多。

秋風乍起,一早一晚已添涼意,羊腩煲,煲仔飯開始上市。這一夜,正是個享受煲仔飯的時候。 雖然這次幫襯的,不是有名的「坤記煲仔小菜」正店,只是分店,一煲熱騰騰,香噴噴的「白鱔煲仔飯」($95)仍然吸引。厚身多肉,肉質結實的白鱔雖然還未夠肥,配以熱力四射的白飯和味道帶甜的豉油,已足以令人食指大動。即使吃到最後,脆卜卜的飯焦仍能讓人不禁把它吃個清光。「羅漢齋煲」($72)水準較為遜色,南乳齋味道雖仍可,但稍欠濃稠,而且整煲齋菜除了兩三片荷蘭豆帶來少許青綠之外,其他材料盡是茄子、冬菇、腐竹、木耳、粉絲等物,雖然夠索汁,但就未能盡如人意。不過,在這秋風乍起之時,一煲久違了的香噴熱辣惹味「白鱔煲仔飯」仍能把「羅漢齋煲」的不足掩蓋,讓自己給這晚餐一張笑臉的。

羅漢齋煲」($72)水準較為遜色,南乳齋味道雖仍可,但稍欠濃稠,而且整煲齋菜除了兩三片荷蘭豆帶來少許青綠之外,其他材料盡是茄子、冬菇、腐竹、木耳、粉絲等物,雖然夠索汁,但就未能盡如人意。

一直想試下坤記嗰個煲仔飯,不過之前次次經親都大排長龍,今日早早地六點鬆少少去到,仲未見到拉龍喎,今次係機會喇小志強。椒鹽九肚魚,爆就爆得夠曬香喇,亦都比起外面食到嘅脆身,不過就冇乜味。西蘭花炒蝦仁,蝦仁夠曬大隻又夠爽,啲腰果真係好食過出面,難得炒完都仲有咁脆。八珍豆腐煲,入面嘅豬雜比起出面多啲,亦都做得好食啲,好耐冇食過豬肚喇,正。白鱔滑雞飯,個飯實在太吸引,加上都期待左好幾年,所以相機今次無得食先,白鱔味道唔錯,不過就唔係咁新鮮囉,雞黎講就真係夠曬雞味又夠嫩滑,打邊爐最緊要係個爐,煲仔飯最緊要嘅豉油,坤記當然冇甩拖啦,個豉油好好味啊。

白鱔滑雞飯,個飯實在太吸引,加上都期待左好幾年,所以相機今次無得食先,白鱔味道唔錯,不過就唔係咁新鮮囉,雞黎講就真係夠曬雞味又夠嫩滑,打邊爐最緊要係個爐,煲仔飯最緊要嘅豉油,坤記當然冇甩拖啦,個豉油好好味啊。

白鱔大大舊,仲要俾腩位,少d骨都食得爽d,雞無咩雪藏味,肉質亦彈牙,好有可能係用上鮮雞!
飯底有令人期待既飯焦,正!

想食煲仔飯又唔想過海去廟街,港島西環都有得食! 之前聽就聽過不少朋友推介坤記,不過就未食過...openrice有兩間一樣名,我諗應該係有兩間分店,因為係即興,無book檯。去到其中一間一間,個夥計話無book 檯,要等到九點半 (個時係七點三...)。於是,到另一間睇下,開頭夥計都話要等到八點半先有位,我同男友走之際,甘arm有兩個位,等緊個d都係多人既,真幸運!睇完個menu,我地叫左個白鱔田雞煲仔飯同埋芥蘭炒臘味...見好多檯都有叫羊腩煲或者豬骨煲,不過見份量都幾多,適合多人餐聚食! 份量幾多,臘味 (潤腸,臘腸,臘肉) 有好多,芥蘭炒得剛剛好,唔會太硬!等左半個鐘,個煲仔飯終於黎到啦...好肚餓! 有4舊白鱔,好肥美又彈牙無泥味,田雞3舊都係俾,煲仔底有香香脆脆既飯焦,再加支可樂,無得頂!食好野有時係要等...(見得一個夥計整煲仔飯,檯檯都等好耐)

今個星期氣溫驟降,凍冰冰的天氣最適合食煲仔飯幸好早兩日有致電預約,因為一去到已經有不少人在門外等候。 我們點了蠔餅($72),上湯菠菜($60)及一個白膳煲仔飯($90)等了一會兒,兩碟小菜就送上蠔餅炸得好鬆脆,佢連同芫茜一齊炸但整個味道就像食紫菜一樣,不錯食上湯菠菜味道鮮甜!最後等了差不多四十五分鐘,白膳煲仔飯終於上枱啦!我們急急落醬油而忘記拍照但這煲煲仔飯沒有令我們失望白膳肥美多肉,大約有六七舊白膳,白飯配著醬油和豉汁,兩碗飯冇問題最後清埋脆卜卜的飯焦!其實坤記舊店同新店都有試過,個人覺得新店水凖也很好,去不到舊店不防去新店吧

我們點了蠔餅($72),上湯菠菜($60)

及一個白膳煲仔飯($90)

等了一會兒,兩碟小菜就送上

蠔餅炸得好鬆脆,佢連同芫茜一齊炸但整個味道就像食紫菜一樣,不錯食


上湯菠菜味道鮮甜!

最後等了差不多四十五分鐘,白膳煲仔飯終於上枱啦!我們急急落醬油而忘記拍照


但這煲煲仔飯沒有令我們失望
白膳肥美多肉,大約有六七舊白膳,白飯配著醬油和豉汁,兩碗飯冇問題
最後清埋脆卜卜的飯焦!

其實坤記舊店同新店都有試過,個人覺得新店水凖也很好,去不到舊店不防去新店吧
