Garlic beef cubes stir fry smelled fragrantly. Tender but not chewy. Perfect bite size. Love the garlic slices. Neither too saucy nor oily.

Yeung Chau fried rice was surprisingly good. Unlike the fried rice found out there, it was loaded with fresh toppings. Many out there were way overcooked or tough. The toppings at this dish were cooked perfectly. Rice was neither dry nor greasy. Perfectly seasoned. Not bad!

Golden tofu blocks were my favourite. Golden colour was promising. With the aromatic seasoning on each block. It was drooling. Tofu was steamy hot but silky smooth. Absolutely my all time favourite and highly recommend.

Sizzle pot water spinach stir fry was incredibly savoury. Sizzling pot was promising. Water spinach was quite oily and salty. It would be perfect to eat with rice while eating on its own was too salty. Anyhow, not bad as well.

Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with goodness. Seeing some reviews with poor service, mine was pretty decent. Not bad!

之前屋企人睇到有youtuber介紹呢間大排檔, 見佢都有啲名氣, 有米芝蓮推介, 所以就黎試下。佢分開兩間鋪頭, 我地被派到比較細間個邊, 基本上個邊係無乜人理你 🙄 本身我都想坐另一邊, 但可能滿座而被分派黎呢邊, 唔建議坐呢邊。上菜速度好快, 叫左好幾樣野食, 最惡劣係條魚, 蒸到好老!! 同個負責人表態話條魚好老, 佢好似聾左聽你唔到咁 😤 就算無得換都起碼有少少表示, 講句唔好意思都可以掛, 黎到呢度小編同屋企人已經無乜mood食, 另外燒乳鴿好柴皮, 佢個出名既鬼馬油炸鬼都唔見得有幾特別, 係脆炸, 但舊墨魚比較淡味, 亦唔夠彈牙! 總之就名過於實, 浪得虛名! 😵

食物其實好食的。我地幾個人原本想叫住幾個餸食住先,唔夠再叫多d,畢竟而家搞環保嘛!免做"大嘥鬼”。但有女侍應落單落到一半,未講完就走開左,嫌我地諗太耐,要我地諗好先講(??)你就日日係度返工,餐牌倒轉背都得啫,我住老練咁遠,跨區搭車黎你度食野,諗住d人話米芝蓮餐廳,咁你落住幾個菜先,或者推介一下都得卦?然後有另外一d侍應見我地無食物過黎落單,今次我地識喇,叫齊晒,仲講明已經有人寫過單,不過唔知有無落到,請求check下。不過有d都係黎左2次,我地都好誠實表示已經食左。點知俾一開始個侍應走埋黎鬧,話點解要重複落單?!(因為你未落齊,又唔願意聆聽,又唔願意同你d同事溝通囉)最後餐廳都好好,有幫忙調整返個下單情況同有收據確認。只係覺得有d可惜,身為第一次幫襯嘅客人就俾人鬧。洗手間係後巷,衛生都有待改善,(雖然用者們都有責任。)

同區有好多間嘅大排檔,比較出名嗰幾間都已經食過晒,朋友推介話呢一間好好食,所以今日特登嚟試吓。食完之後佢正式成為我心目中大排檔嘅榜首🤤🤤🤤.一定要點嘅就係佢個蒸氣桑拿雞,上枱嘅時候係生嘅,侍應會幫你倒入個蒸籠度。香噴噴咁等咗幾個字之後,打開就會見到鮮嫩多汁嘅滑雞,配埋個辣豉油,真係超級無敵好食😋 食完個雞就可以叫侍應拎起個蒸架,下面係充滿住蒸雞啲雞油滴落去而成嘅鮮雞湯。已經好耐冇飲過雞湯啦,每人都忍唔住飲咗幾碗。.另外叫咗涼拌金錢肚,紅燒乳鴿,芥辣魷魚圈,啫啫芥蘭,椒鹽軟殼蟹。全部嘅味道同質素都起碼有中上,唔會話好似有啲大排檔,只係得某幾款招牌菜係好食,但其他菜就麻麻哋,甚至唔好食🫢.至於甜品方面,叫咗個椰汁流心球,係我見到就指明一定要叫嘅嘢,因為唔係好多地方可以食到!外面就好似地瓜球咁樣有少少煙靭,入面就係流質甜甜哋嘅椰汁西米露,好特別😍 呢度仲有椰青飲,簡直無可挑剔呀!以後要食大排檔一定會返嚟呢度!
