呢間係深水埗其中一間出名嘅大排檔, 佢出名嘅係胡椒豬肚湯。去到才發現原來佢話佢最出名嘅係新鮮豉油雞,個價錢要200蚊半隻, 都真係幾貴。但食完之後又唔覺得真係好好味。豬肚湯就好辣,如果唔係好食辣嘅人就要考慮下係咪真係叫啦,但係嗰個辣味同胡椒豬肚去濕嘅功能應該真係幾強勁。另外我哋叫咗個焗魚腸,佢唔似平時街邊食嗰啲淨係得陳皮味同蛋, 真係有啲魚腸嘅香味,我反而覺得呢味菜先係佢最出色嘅一道菜。下次再試下佢其他菜。

每年冬天都去唔同大排檔搵好味羊腩煲, 稱得上馳名羊腩煲, 深水埗區應該有增煇同小菜王, 個人就比較偏心增煇, 佢係真正羊腩去哂骨, 炆到羊腩極之軟稔, 啖啖肉食得過癮, 每舊都有皮有肉, 調味平衡到藥材味同醬料鹹味收得5百幾蚊, 份量合理, 3個人食足夠而且有跟唐生菜, 配料有齊枝竹、冬菇、冬筍、馬蹄, 做到真雙冬羊腩煲,  腐乳醬就普通D但我覺得咁樣就夠題外話, 呢到冇青島飲, 啤酒選擇同其他大排檔有D唔同

份屬石硤尾街路邊小炒、三大旺丁大排檔之一,與「受民生所愛」同樣有咪諸連推介食肆加持,同時餐牌亦印有彩頁有關蔡瀾先生介紹專題。平素多吃的是砵仔魚腸蒸蛋,今趟稍為改動要了順德魚腸煎蛋$98,相對砵仔蒸就欠缺油炸鬼點綴,魚腸處理得乾淨無腥臭味,反而覺得份量不足,因蛋皮比薄罉稍厚一半。同樣份量偏小就是金不換炒花甲$128,花甲只一千零一隻閉合不開,用金不換炒自是別於一般豉椒多了份泰式香草味道。腦細指明點干燒伊麵$93,那種兜亂炒與酒樓沒兩樣,韮黃菇菌不多,也許調味也用了美極,都是香港酒樓那種熟悉之味。孜然豬串骨$128也就是少量凍肉舖、燒烤場、烤肉店提供的那種豬仔骨,因肉質雖彈牙但奇厚難熟而過熟肉質又易霉,以致成為食肆一般也不多採用之食材。咬了一條,又出現肉心未熟情況,只能整碟退回着店家再翻煮。約莫15分鐘後反而是端來一碟全新5支骨來有點意外,此碟總算全熟而且孜然味還較濃烈。與附近同類型中式小菜來說,裝潢相對光猛乾淨企理,小菜館式格局。

孜然豬串骨$128也就是少量凍肉舖、燒烤場、烤肉店提供的那種豬仔骨,因肉質雖彈牙但奇厚難熟而過熟肉質又易霉,以致成為食肆一般也不多採用之食材。咬了一條,又出現肉心未熟情況,只能整碟退回着店家再翻煮。約莫15分鐘後反而是端來一碟全新5支骨來有點意外,此碟總算全熟而且孜然味還較濃烈。

有晚一行七人,夜晚11點半諗住去增輝食宵夜,有個後生嘅哥仔同我哋落單,一路落單個哥仔已經係咁Sale又龍蝦,又蒸魚,蟹…又話出面唔會咁整,係佢哋呢度先食到。已經講咗我哋都只係嚟食個宵夜,唔駛海鮮盛宴喇。但都仲Keep住Sale,你要Sale其實冇問題,但最串係,落到咁上下,叫佢覆單嘅時候,佢覆覆吓冇啦啦話「錯晒,唔會咁叫囉」,嘩經典啊,食咗三十幾年飯,第一次叫菜都可以俾人話錯。去增輝食飯前,記住考個牌先好落單叫菜。。。

今日,7:30pm打電話,打足30分鐘鐘。唔聽電話仲未夠,落單又要落錯哂D野!生炒牛肉飯寫成生炒臘味糯米飯!西蘭花炒帶子,要等二十分鐘後先話無!期間,我一直在門外等,要我走入去先肯講無帶子(買哂)。跟住,我見佢地樓面又把個菠蘿生炒骨落錯單,我見少咗個餸,我舉手要埋啤錢!最後,居然啤我發現櫃面收銀小姐落錯單,寫咗生炒臘味糯米飯,你話嬲唔嬲,過陣時已經8:30分,(我係7:52pm落單)。唔止咁,個穿白衣黑褲個樓面,又話我一個人企係度唔方便,又要求我企佢出去,最後,我連生炒飯都等唔到,要退錢走人!一間滿以為炒嘢有鑊氣,就可以連基本服務都提供唔到,禮貌野不單止,出錯單,又要漏單!食飯要於係外買盒超過40分鐘!今時今日呢個種服務態度,單直不知所為!
