有次經過見到覺得競爭咁大既點心生意做到咁耐應該唔錯啦既心態走咗入去堂食入到去企理衛生 餐具都望落乾淨 但平日lunch time去得3圍枱茶介每人$7都唔算好貴但啲點心既價錢同附近酒樓差唔多 有啲仲貴一兩蚊雞💙點心拼盤💙糯米雞💙陳村粉蒸排骨落完單大約等咗15分鐘先有得開食💙點心拼盤燒賣係酒樓質素 幾好食蝦餃 同 菜肉餃一夾既時候 皮肉分離叉燒包唔錯 流沙包真係流心😆馬拉糕普通💙糯米雞一籠兩隻 餡係冇味🫢💙陳村粉蒸排骨上面係蒜茸蒸排骨 超重蒜茸底有啲陳村粉吸哂啲汁 但好滯~趕時間既話就唔食點心會快上菜啲~

有 youtube頻道,食店資訊主持人,盛讚此店個例湯好得,4月23日揾食肥華和靚媽,就為飲一碗靚湯而到此店,飲早茶兼食午飯,大約11:2O左右已到此店門前,果然係名氣食店,舖內坐滿九成顧客,肥華,靚媽亦要等咗近廿分鍾,才安排到座位入店內進食,而此店地方淺窄,環境嘈雜,一睇就知不是個嘆茶嘅地方,而食物方面,肥華今日所食到點心及飯品,除咗個春卷及燒賣,叫做食得吓有B-評分外,其他都係C-質素食品,至於個充滿期望嘅例湯,更令人失望到極點,個湯唔熱,味淡如水,俾E-分佢都嫌多,仲有食完呢餐劣食,肥華覺得非常口渴,呢間人氣名店,就算有人請都唔會再嚟👎👎👎👎😤🤬😤🤬😵🤦‍♂️😵🤦‍♂️

來到得寶花園想飲茶,第一時間想到 「多點心」,座位不寬闊,但有啖暖茶就可以了!坐底後侍應問:「飲咩茶?」「普洱唔該!」然後自選點心,掦好就給侍應落單我選了「魚湯鮮竹卷」HK$32.00等左半小時,終於有得食!一望就見到外面的「枝竹」是「硬的」而且夾起上來,兩條鮮竹卷分唔開再夾,都分不開,痴埋一舊再夾。。。再夾。。。再夾。。。終於分開了!拿一條試下先~~~嘩!一放入口,凍既?即刻吐出來跟侍應說,這是凍的,她很不耐煩地說:「妳話凍咪得囉!(邊走邊講)仲要講咁多...」最後等了一個小時(60min)才有得食...比著你,下次還來不來這裡?

排骨好滑身,一啲都唔會鞋,調味啱啱好,陳村粉好好食,吸晒排骨嘅精華,好薄好滑。

山竹牛肉球裏邊有芫荽馬蹄陳皮,雖然有少少鹼水味,但都好彈牙,好大一粒,加埋喼汁,真係冇得輸~

🍴鹹魚肉餅飯 $30 (9.5/10)
呢度嘅蒸飯係即叫即蒸,飯係粒粒分明,整得好乾身唔會太濕,鹹魚肉餅真係好好食,雖然鹹魚咸咗啲,但有鹹香味,肉餅食得出鮮味同埋都彈牙,真心好鍾意佢嘅肉餅飯!

返屋企探老人家諗住買啲精緻啲嘅點心俾佢食。上網看見這間食評很正面,於是便揀了5款點心,有點心拼盤,雪山义燒包,牛肉腸,陳村粉蒸排骨,和煎埋仔。可能佢話要等約30分鐘才有得拎,拎完外賣返到屋企已經凍哂。仲有我見點心併盤乜都有啲先至叫,其實一啲都唔抵食,加左兩蚊不特止,佢仲衰到舢舨充砲艇,唔見兩粒鵪鶉蛋燒賣,搵个普通义燒包和奶黃包充當便算,價錢都唔同啦!果碟牛肉腸,粉皮仲厚過我面皮,牛肉又少得可憐,真係冇下次。

重點講吓今日所吃跟平日去茶樓飲茶所吃的分別:食物:(整體調味不會太鹹、不會一大劈粉漿、包餃腸粉的皮質感極佳)1. 小籠包:皮薄,軟硬適中,筷子壓下去不黏粉,輕輕拉扯不破皮,裏面肉汁豐富。記住等等攤涼一點整個一口吃,如果因為太熱而「篤穿」或咬開來吃就真是失真了2. 牛肉球:結實彈牙、沒有濃濃鹼水味、咬開可以見到裏邊的肉纖維、有爽口的馬蹄粒、好像沒有大粒肥豬膏3. 雪山叉燒包:頂部酥脆底下鬆軟,裏面的餡有一粒粒叉燒、沒有一大劈癡立立的粉4. 奶黃流沙煎堆仔:非常酥脆非常流沙蛋黃香味很濃5. 香茜牛肉腸粉:腸粉皮質感很好,吃時筷子完全不會黏上皮的殘留,腸粉皮很嫩滑,但却不易破皮6. 馬拉糕:黑糖味濃郁,味道不會太甜、質地軟綿但乾爽7. 糯米雞:中間不會有一劈醬,每粒糯米飯都軟面Q彈,但卻粒粒獨立完整可以用筷子單獨夾起,(飯粒不會糊成一劈),這點我實在佩服,調味皆就不用說了因為這是基本。以上提到的,有些收費更貴的茶樓也做不到。
