放工又好肚餓。唔係講笑,有啲暈暈地腳軟軟嘅感覺。突然之間好想食公仔麵,所以我就衝左入去。 「大安茶冰廳」係一間好老字號嘅冰室。開咗幾多年我唔知,淨係知道佢間唔中會有人喺度拍戲取吓景。老字號嘅舖頭未必代表好食,而依一間冰室,佢主打嘅應該係「平」$34一個午餐,包一碗麵,煎蛋火腿多士出前一丁仲要係同價,你喺出邊是旦一間茶餐廳起碼要加$3-5。我再加多$2將多士轉為油占多,好抵。不過,我就好蠢咁叫咗「麵」而唔係「出前一丁」,下次要醒啲🙈味道就完全冇咩特別,簡單醫肚/長期糧尾就一流,唔好有太大期望,因為真係好平。依度好多阿叔幫襯,襯埋成間鋪嘅氣氛,好似返咗舊史咁,依啲就係所謂嘅人情味。得閒嚟飲杯嘢打個卡都幾好,啲櫃檯阿叔樓面姐姐都好好吹水。Mcmug綜合評分:4/10,人情味+1,5/10 continue reading

坐低之後好快點左早餐,餐肉出前一丁,腸仔煎雙蛋熱奶茶,奶醬多。餐肉出前一丁:塊午餐肉好薄及凍,出前一丁湯底好淡,最穩陣嘅嘢都可以出事,食咗三分之一就停手。花生醬多士之前已經搽咗預設嘅牛油,連一大Pat冇搽就放上碟。全間野唯一得奶茶合格。 continue reading

每區都會有舊式茶餐廳或者冰室,有啲甚至已經開咗半個世紀,喺油麻地就有呢間 大安茶冰廳☕冰廳一路見證住油麻地嘅變遷~佢開喺果欄附近,所以平時都好多喺果欄做嘢嘅人黎食嘢,而架亦都會有打工仔幫襯👍🏻👆🏻大安依然係維持住六、七十年代嘅裝修,門面招牌都係用上以前嘅異體字(以前港英政府未將漢字系統化,有啲字體就留傳到而架,而每個人寫法唔同,又未有正字,所以嗰陣時出現幾多異體字)放住玻璃樽汽水嘅透明凍櫃👆🏻大安入面嘅裝修亦係無變(鋪頭曾經有呢度嘅兩倍咁大,但後來做唔住所以cut淨而架咁樣),靠牆就係冰室/茶餐廳嘅經典窄型卡位👆🏻上圖左就係佢地嘅開放式廚房😹由於大安只有小食牌🍜,所以就無茶餐廳嗰啲炒粉麵飯,最複雜嘅都只係貼係牆上嘅🍝燴意粉~👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻餐牌☕基本嘅湯通粉、意粉、米粉、麵都有嘅,亦有三文治🥪同簡單小食🍞🥣當然唔少得嘢飲啦~晏就得閒又咁啱經過,就入黎嘆返杯☕佢呢度嘅奶茶都唔錯,奶味同茶味都算出,而且幾滑👍🏻雖然未算係最好飲嘅奶茶,但冰室嘅人情味搭夠,我亦相信大安嘅奶茶都溫暖咗唔少茶客/食客嘅心🥰趁佢未被時代巨輪吞噬之前,真係要好好珍惜啊~ continue reading

舊懷茶餐廳,入到去竟然有啲街坊同你吹水,舊一輩好喜歡自然咁搭嗲,後生就叫呢啲r水吹叫咗茶記不可缺少嘅沙嗲牛肉麵餐。同菠蘿芝蛋堡。凍飲都唔洗加錢。沙嗲牛肉麵餐$36: 肉嫩帶爽口,沙嗲味合格跟餐有多士同火腿蛋。菠蘿芝蛋堡$30: 菠蘿包鬆脆,帶甜中和芝士嘅鹹;蛋係太陽蛋,蛋味濃,一咬就有流心嘅效果。其實係瀑布一樣,大家小心衫褲。但有驚喜嘅,推介飲品係凍檸茶同凍奶茶,係無驚無險嘅選擇。凍奶茶冇咁濃茶味,如果追求茶濃奶香嘅話就會少少失望啦。 continue reading

本來諗住幫襯同一條街既永泰,但途中比呢間舊式冰室既門面吸引住,改變主意病發作下就入左去。多士 - 食得出用左冇咁靚既牛油同麵包,口感爭d炒蛋 - 偏油/乾身,食落一般沙嗲牛意粉 - 望落淺色,其實好濃味,偏咸,沙嗲味不足,而且係凍既!奶茶 - 用得黑白淡奶都冇死,但奶、茶比例唔係間間拿捏得好,好似呢杯太稀、奶味不足呢種門口賣自家製麵包既真·冰室買少見少,旺區/大集團茶記又比大陸人佔領,佢既常餐唔算高質,但價錢合理,可以安靜咁食一餐,就算唔會回頭,都開心支持左半地小店。 continue reading
