To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日得閒，心血來潮決定去試下呢間好hit嘅大安茶冰廳，門面有種濃濃嘅港式復古風。招牌鹹蛋黃雞翼雞翼炸得金黃酥脆，外皮好似裹咗一層薄薄嘅金衣，上面還均勻地鋪滿咗金黃色嘅鹹蛋黃碎，鹹香十足，而雞肉本身又保持住嫩滑多汁，鹹蛋黃嘅味道完全滲入咗雞肉入面。薯條炸得外脆內軟，外層嘅脆度剛剛好，而裡面嘅薯仔肉綿綿嘅，口感非常好。而且唔使點茄醬，單純食已經有好香嘅薯仔味。最後嘅肉丁滑蛋多士都令人印象深刻。多士烤得表面金黃，微微焦香。切開嚟，裡面夾住豐富嘅肉丁同嫩滑到好似布丁咁嘅滑蛋。一口咬落去，多士嘅香脆、肉丁嘅鮮美同滑蛋嘅嫩滑完美融合，口感層次豐富。肉丁炒得好入味，滑蛋又夠晒香滑。
