To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前和朋友打算去油麻地試一試新餐廳,見菜式新穎,飲品又有心思。對餐廳嘅感覺初頭覺得良好,可惜空手而回。當日餐廳營業時間含糊不清,令人完全無所適從。 本來亦打算買幾個蛋撻食完飯之後返去做甜品,點知最後連所有蛋撻都冇晒。一間成熟嘅餐廳應該係可以有更加好嘅經營手法。成件事最令我同我朋友覺得難受嘅係,職員當時說需要等多半小時才開門,過了半小時後,餐廳竟直接閂門了。如果一早同人講清楚,可以唔使浪費大家嘅時間。

大安在油麻地已有五十多年年頭, 從以前傳統的冰廳, 價錢便宜而又服務街坊, 現在新老闆令冰廳文青化, 裝修不變但侍應更年輕, 菜式, 飲品和定價也和以前大有分別, 難怪以前光顧的老街坊也未必能接受到. 當中最要適應的, 就是沒有奶茶而只有咖啡, 變成一家咖啡屋, 當中的咖啡豆質素OK, 不會太酸, 堅果香不錯而且油脂層結實, 要不是大安這結典名字, 以及本身冰廳的格局, 其實單純咖啡質素這是可以的.食物方面也是傳統茶記的進化版, 雞扒撈丁有辣椒油和豉油, 甜香和辣香也夠, 雞皮香脆而肉質爽實, 肉汁也有, 最有趣的是乾生蒜的結合作伴碟, 有辛香也有蒜香, 如此風味確比平時的強. 至於蛋撻的變奏版就是內裡有蓮蓉餡的高身厚撻, 由熱食變成凍食, 效果就較一般.

已經去過大安幾次啦,係公司嘅小夥伴介紹的,第一次認識佢哋嘅咖啡,同埋特色蛋撻,就喺PMQ某日的一個咖啡Market。喜歡老闆同佢哋同事對張本地特色茶餐廳文化,融入新式cafe元素。大安裝修有一點懷舊風,都係有好多年青人打卡的好去處🤳🏻值得推介,就係佢哋嘅蛋撻餐,特色蛋撻,配一杯飲品,休閒下午,享受人生,吹吓水,亦可以減壓。另外還喜愛大安播嘅音樂,都係好聽的時代流行曲,座位,空間感非常好,有好多卡位。咖啡師,拉花其實好好,每一次都拉到複雜嘅圖案。如果要講一下可以進步嘅空間,可能係員工服務態度可以親切一點,洗手間洗手嘅水龍頭,按一下,就有自動水流出就比較衛生了。

我就揀咗鴛鴦蛋撻 蛋撻上枱微暖 撻皮烘得鬆脆 做到三層layer 咖啡味較濃 蛋味不明顯 但食落有少流心效果 而且口感滑溜 比預期做得出色~
肥威Flat White 拉花好靚 啡味幾重!❤️

曲奇口感比較鬆散同硬身 紅茶落得一點也不吝惜 茶香頗重
加咗檸檬果乾同果皮 食落甜中帶甘 但完全唔係港式檸茶嘅味道 口味唔算大眾化

🌀朱古力瀑布紅豆蛋糕
情人節限定打卡蛋糕🙆🏻‍♀️ 面層奶蓋做到瀑布效果 潵上朱古力粉 賣相很不錯😻 奶香濃郁 但蛋糕質感好乾身 同紅豆亦都唔算好夾 下次反而會想叫多個蛋撻🙈

呢間店保留咗舊式冰室嘅裝修,換咗啲新派食物,幾有gimmick。我同朋友主要係想去食甜品,所以主菜冇試。三款入面覺得最驚喜係個菠蘿泡芙,酸酸甜少少脆。杏霜卷蛋冇我哋想像中咁好味,可能因為唔係好夠杏仁味。檸茶曲奇就唔係好食得出係檸茶味😅抹茶latte就正常,奶味比較多
