睇過好多blogger 介紹呢間牛雜, 基本上都係好評,大部份都話乾淨足料好味, 所以一於去試下唔想食面, 淨要牛雜,原本諗住叫大($70), 點知見到上個客買細($50)都唔係好細碗, 即刻變陣食個中($60)份量都真係多,店員會問要唔要蘿白,豬皮,柚皮,三樣都係我鍾意既, 當然要, 最後就係要唔要三醬(芥辣,辣,甜醬), 我就要少少芥辣,其他醬都要唔食蒡既我係走蒡既,整體所有部份都好淋,蘿白柚皮豬皮勁入味, 牛腩肉唔會鞋, 腸內係算乾淨, 有樣似係喉既部位(定係軟骨?我都唔知)幾好食, 少少爽脆口太安樓真係個覓食好地方

不過喺牛雜以外加入「牛腩」、「牛筋」我就唔係好慣,食食吓仲有「豬皮」,搞到我想搵埋豬紅。最後嘅「蘿蔔」同「柚皮」都唔係話好好食,結論就係呢間嘢係要淨係食啲雜,唔好點任何醬,咁我覺得會好好多。。。

喜歡這家牛雜店的主要原因係佢唔D牛雜唔會好鹹。我同個Friend正喺度諗緊要細嘅$50定係中size的$60還是要最大的$70 size,最後我們還是決定逐樣嗌最開心,因為全部都係自己想食嘅野。我地叫咗5樣野,分別有牛肺、牛膀、牛心腚、牛脆骨同埋牛腸,當中牛肺同牛膀都唔錯,牛心腚就同平時食開嗰D唔同,佢呢度厚身D,所以就無咁爽。牛脆骨就份量比教少,同埋肉多過骨。牛腸就最差,寧願食豬大腸好過。

呢間鋪好似已經喺度好多年。食物味道唔錯。尤其係蘿蔔,無論幾時去買都咁入味咁淋。餐牌寫最少3份,但其實係3份先每份平啲。其實散買一份都ok,不過貴啲。不過份量就次次唔同,有時好多有時好少。街坊鋪真係好睇心情。麵就好大碗好抵食。

太安樓牛雜都好多人排隊,就買嚟試下。牛雜有大,中,細份,$60,$50,$40,價錢都唔平,$40都食到正餐飯麵😂所以單獨叫唔同部位試下,每份$9,都定要叫三份先賣。醬汁有幾款選擇,有芥辣,辣椒油,甜醬,辣醬。🍴三份牛雜 (牛肚,牛筯,蝴蝶腩) 加辣油 $27份量都足,叫咗多腩汁。腩汁味道咸咸哋,但冇乜滷水味,亦都唔濃。牛肚冇異味,好軟淋,牛筯都係好淋,有彈性,膠質會痴住個口,好正。蝴蝶腩好驚喜,有肉有筯,似淋咗嘅牛腩,好好食!加埋辣油,好香,但都幾辣,唔係好食得辣加少少好啦!推薦指數: 7.5/10整體嚟講好唔錯,唯獨個滷水唔夠香濃,炆得淋身,辣油香辣好加分,令牛雜提升到另一層次!

太安樓除左海南雞專門店外,最長龍都係佢啦。牛雜種類很多,每串$9,份量亦唔少。諗左好耐終於揀了牛肚、牛肺、蝴蝶腩、豬腸,食落有啲軟淋有啲爽口,各有特色。其實全部都好入味,而且清洗得好乾淨,完全無內藏啲古怪異味,但我個人覺得個汁嘅味道可以再濃啲。
