近期有一店出名食炸脾,更在幾個地方開了分店。但如果你是大埔人,就會知道有一小店比起它更傳統,更正。這店是由晚上八點至零晨三點最旺場的,點了炸脾,西多,炸豬扒炒公仔麵,雞軟骨。雖然每樣都看似小食,但幾款加埋就是正餐了,不過每樣都係炸,怕熱氣就要小心啦!炸脾幾乎大過一塊面,用兩樣牙簽串起,之後炸,上碟時見到炸脾仍然是出煙的,而切開塊時更是見到雞油流出來,證明並非一早整定的。炸脾皮脆肉嫩,皮唔會好粉好厚,而且食完你會感覺到熱氣和油味,這才是炸的象徵。另外西多士亦有驚喜,表面是牛油加煉奶,但內裡是夾了芝士和火腿,所以咬第一口時感覺到芝士流心和火腿的融合。小店在大埔橫街,毫不起眼,但如果你食過一次,你會知道店員的故事,因為店員會與每位客人聊天,甚至飲酒,食煙,香港還有幾多溫暖的店? continue reading

食炸髀,我之前去開附近間三多,最近發現多左間"夜消",招牌一巴掌雞髀,真係大過塊面,個皮又薄又脆。以前我一定唔會食埋個皮,但呢度好似咬薯片咁,正...呢度仲有兩個size選擇,有平時食開既size同super巨大一巴掌,水準都一流,因為我鍾意個皮,而且一樣入味。除左炸髀,個炸尖椒,多春魚,粥,西多同甜品真係要試。 continue reading
