今日又去咗宏發燒味食午餐。好肚餓,坐低即刻叫個叉燒切雞飯黎試下。唔夠兩分鐘,真係唔夠兩分鐘,一碟飯同凍檸茶已經上到檯面。會唔會太快!又係咁大碟,正呀!最鐘意食呢度既燒味,份量多,肉質靚。今次試佢個叉燒,一入口,好肥美,而且見到係好多叉燒,厚切架!好香好好味!食到叉燒好滑,唔會老,同埋味道唔會太鹹,好有細個食燒味既味道。再試下切雞,雞肉煮得岩岩好,一d都唔老,好滑,好耐冇試過咁樣既味道。雖然外表冇乜特別,但一入口就知道佢個功夫去到邊。正呀!雞肉好香,肉質整到好似海南雞咁滑,但係又有切雞既味道!而且成碟飯仲好熱,食完好暖好滿足!呢間係我鐘意既燒味餐廳!好既燒味,特登黎食多幾次都冇乜所謂。keep 住d質數呀!

好香好好味!食到叉燒好滑,唔會老,同埋味道唔會太鹹,好有細個食燒味既味道。
再試下切雞,雞肉煮得岩岩好,一d都唔老,好滑,好耐冇試過咁樣既味道。雖然外表冇乜特別,但一入口就知道佢個功夫去到邊。正呀!雞肉好香,肉質整到好似海南雞咁滑,但係又有切雞既味道!
而且成碟飯仲好熱,食完好暖好滿足!
呢間係我鐘意既燒味餐廳!好既燒味,特登黎食多幾次都冇乜所謂。keep 住d質數呀!

有日收工屋企又冇飯食就出左去銅鑼灣食野順便行街, 一條友想快食又突然想食燒鵝所以就走左入街邊一間燒味鋪。門面幾光猛。入面都唔迫夾, 幾好。原隻鵝脾米粉 ($88)個餐本身是鵝脾飯, 不過可以轉米粉。 因為做左成日野, 唔想食飯咁乾文文。鵝脾同米粉分碟上, 成個感覺當堂高級左。 米粉都算稔, 湯底就一般, 始終人地主打賣鵝哈哈!至於燒鵝就真是好正, 個皮好脆, 而且啖啖肉, 不過佢地啲燒鵝略嫌肥左少少。 而且有幾條菜心食下, 算是咁啦!凍檸茶 ($9 跟餐價)一般啦, 茶味偏淡, 講完。去廁所果陣偷望左個廚房幾眼, 發現原來啲鵝是佢地間鋪自己燒, 唔錯

個餐本身是鵝脾飯, 不過可以轉米粉。 因為做左成日野, 唔想食飯咁乾文文。

鵝脾同米粉分碟上, 成個感覺當堂高級左。 米粉都算稔, 湯底就一般, 始終人地主打賣鵝哈哈!
至於燒鵝就真是好正, 個皮好脆, 而且啖啖肉, 不過佢地啲燒鵝略嫌肥左少少。 而且有幾條菜心食下, 算是咁啦!

除了翠華,發現另一個快吃之選-新開張的燒味店,又可以一過叉燒癮。裝潢新簇,企理乾淨。從門外可以看見吊著燒味的架子,射著超強的燈,色澤、肉質、肥瘦,一清二楚。店內佈置整齊,牆上掛著各款燒味飯的圖片。即使搭枱,座位夠寬闊,餐桌之間有相當距離,空間感不錯。餐牌列有各種燒味,還有個綠色有營套餐,有雙拼配飯/湯麵/河粉/瀨粉/米粉,油菜和例湯/餐飲。雙拼的選擇有指定,反正有叉燒就好了,便點了個套餐。燒排骨叉燒飯份量夠大,叉燒有7-8片,燒排骨有5-6件。叉燒少肥偏瘦,放入口第一個反應是,太甜了吧。蜜糖味很甜,是輕飄飄的甜。燒得未夠,蜜味欠濃稠,表面亦沒有微焦,未夠硬得跟肉質形成對比。雖然偏瘦,但肉質不嚡,有嚼勁而帶點腍,連著少少香口的肥。慢慢咀嚼,蜜糖跟肉質平衡,配合少少肥的油香,還可以。燒排骨骨多肉不多,味跟叉燒差不多,也是不夠火喉,欠風味,還少了脂肪部份的油香。伴碟的菜心和套餐的菜心都清甜爽脆。白飯可以,不會乾得頂胃,也不過腍,算是剛好。以燒味店而言,環境算是不錯,服務也可。燒味一般,叉燒不嚡口是基本,可以燒得更香。份量夠大,是方便快捷、吃得舒適的選擇。

首先吸引我既係骨腩,金黃色外皮鬆脆,而帶骨既腩位肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍。

今天自己見客後,發現宏發燒味在銅鑼灣開了分店,没想到也人山人海,等了兩分鍾,終於找到一個門口位置坐下來!二話不說叫了一個招牌乳豬拼燒鵝飯,再加十二元要了一個西洋菜老火湯,再加上我最愛的凍檸茶!首先來了乳豬燒鵝飯,乳豬脆卜卜,皮薄而肉很香又軟,燒鵝一点也不肥,又香又濃,口感一流! 西洋菜老火湯真的夠火喉,豬琤肉又軟,真的煲得爐火純青!凍檸茶祇加9元,全個套餐祇不過一百元,己經可以嘆到咁正乳豬餐,真的超大滿足了!

話說好耐都冇食燒味啦,今日趕住做嘢,喺附近咗個燒味晚餐。由於一支公,梗係享受一個人的浪漫。叫咗個燒味餐黎食。估唔到咁好食,真係物超所值。叫左個燒腩肉乳豬飯。腩肉真係好香滑,肉質唔乾,仲保留住入邊既水份,而且個味好香,唔會太鹹,因為成日食既燒腩肉都係好乾好乾,而且好鹹,但呢度既腩肉係我食過最好食既腩肉!啲肉嘅質感好滑好好味。乳豬一入口又唔會太油,之前都好驚食燒味飯係因為好多餐廳既乳豬都好油膩,食完有陣豬油味係個口到,但呢度嘅乳豬整得岩岩好,而且份量都多,啱晒我呀!食完一碟已經好飽好滿足!完全估唔到呢間燒味係咁好味架!食咗咁多間燒味,我諗呢間真係可以真正代表香港嘅真燒味!下次午餐想食燒味,一定會再嚟呢度食。
