To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【#牛雜專家🐮 】#富興潮州麵家今日約咗朋友下午茶，時間尚早，走去食碗 #牛雜粗麵 打定底先😄依個鋪位一直以來都係做潮州粉麵，細細個果間叫「大碌竹」，區來街坊應該實知我講乜🤣 所以即使後期轉過幾次手，我同屋企人都仲係稱之為大碌竹🤣因為撞正食飯時間，所以人都幾多，即係證明有一定捧場客。 依碗麵都上得幾快，都幾大碗，麵底剛剛好唔會過淋，湯底都夠濃夠味，唔會死咸。牛雜都算大件，比咗好多舊肚，金錢肚草肚都有，牛肺都有兩件，牛膀比較薄身。牛腸呢🤔搵晒成碗，竟然冇🤢 之前食都有比，可能真係太忙，執少咗💔整體味道係唔錯，不過少咗牛腸就真係差咗少少野咁😣 可以既話我會選擇非繁忙時間幫襯。可能係上天唔想我食得咁肥🤣推介指數：6/10@foodiehck2022#港飲港食平靚正 #西營盤#牛什 #麵食 #午餐

依碗麵都上得幾快，都幾大碗，麵底剛剛好唔會過淋，湯底都夠濃夠味，唔會死咸。

牛雜都算大件，比咗好多舊肚，金錢肚草肚都有，牛肺都有兩件，牛膀比較薄身。

牛腸呢🤔搵晒成碗，竟然冇🤢 之前食都有比，可能真係太忙，執少咗💔

整體味道係唔錯，不過少咗牛腸就真係差咗少少野咁😣 可以既話我會選擇非繁忙時間幫襯。

可能係上天唔想我食得咁肥🤣
