這間寶字號主打食刀削麵,除了湯,還有炒的刀削麵。另外有拌麵,滷肉飯及一系列四川風味小食,價錢又相宜。雙椒雞柳刀削麵,份量都頗大份,炒過的刀削麵仍然好有咬口,配上雞柳,青瓜,洋蔥,芽菜同炒,口感豐富,唔好辣的朋友建議走辣。因為小辣都已經幾辣下。因為炒既關係,油份比較多。肉夾饃 ,外皮酥脆,內心綿軟的夾饃,夾著充滿肉汁的豬肉絲,肥而不腻。羊肉串,每串$20, 充滿孜然香味,香辣惹味。燒韭菜,  灑上孜然粉、辣椒粉烤至軟身,韭菜嫩口。蔥油小木耳清新爽口。 continue reading

豬頸肉刀削麵($48)刀削麵份量唔算多,麵質普通,無咩咬口,欠缺𡁻頭;豬頸肉有4片,味道正常;湯底普通,無咩特色。另外麵食會送煎蛋一隻。小食跟梅菜花生,梅菜偏咸,花生爽口。寶字號蕃茄雞蛋刀削麵($46)雖然用新鮮蕃茄,有茄蓉,但蕃茄湯底唔算太濃厚,偏清淡;炒蛋一份,再加送的一隻煎蛋。小食跟紅油腐竹,腐竹軟實有口感,但無咩豆味,唔夠辣自己再加辣椒油。超值三寶($53)肉夾饃,饃餅即烤,厚實,外層微脆;肉絲味帶咸,肉質偏嫩,整體味道可以。醬骨架,一件大大舊,味道同肉夾饃嘅肉一樣,味帶咸,肉質嫩,味道可以。桂花雪梨,咁多樣嘢,個人覺得最好食係呢樣,冷食清甜爽口,咁熱嘅天氣好適合。老實講,刀削麵唔夠「山西」好食,醬骨架唔夠「入麵」好味,好難會再去幫襯。但如果係荃灣街坊,下午茶餐嚟講都算抵食的。 continue reading

呢間好似新開冇幾耐嘅仲要有得OpenRice book位見佢出名刀削麵揀咗個二人餐$148 凍飲都唔需要加錢性價比都好似OK 刀削麵嚟講我哋有一個叫做濕嘅另外一個係乾撈(有少少辣,不過好惹味)佢啲面質好Q彈Q彈每碗麵都有個煎到好靚圓形嘅半流心蛋小食揀咗個小酥肉(豬肉)+一個炸雞粒豬肉比雞肉有咬口,比較好食見到佢個餐牌有烤大羊排其實都好想食不過有友人唔食羊肉唯有下次啦閑日夜晚都唔需要等位兩個人坐卡位都好闊落下次會想試埋烤豬手同串燒😃 continue reading

今日路過荃灣,見到一間寫住非物質文化遺產-山西大同刀削面,即刻有衝動想試下😂😂1.黑椒牛柳炒刀削麵套餐(#小酥肉+凍檸水)佢係用黑椒洋蔥大荳芽菜,唔辣嘅辣椒炒,火候充足,鑊氣極夠,猛火快炒幾下已經上枱,食落口非常滿足,估唔到除刀削面除左用水煮外,落鑊快炒乜手是可以的。2.肉夾饃只係食包會鹹咗啲,不過如果加埋辣椒醬就勁香,勁好,如果再落埋醋,又會係係另一番風味,因為醋會解油膩,所以醋配肉夾饃也非常匹配3)小酥肉細細粒,易入口,肉本身醃好咗,炸起後好香好好食 continue reading

同朋友來荃灣揾野食,行下行下到咗食店林立嘅兆和街,看見這間門面新淨,看看門口餐單,好似幾啱食就入咗嚟試下。點咗羊肉串、牛肉串、雞翼串、牛腩刀削麵、辣椒炒肉飯及兩杯飲品。所有食物都在水準之上,味道非常正宗,我朋友不吃辣的,可選不辣,我食大辣,太好味了。價錢又適宜值得推薦俾大家。 continue reading
