最後重頭戲嚟啦 叫咗個佢哋招牌嘅群龍歸巢 係用超巨大嘅龍蝦整成 將龍蝦肉全部拆出 放喺預先整好嘅茶碗蒸上面 茶碗蒸都係自家製 係由蛋白同埋牛奶組成 包含晒蛋香同埋奶香 超級好食👍🏻當然啦龍蝦都好鮮甜彈牙😚成隻龍蝦咁上 真係超誇張成張枱都放滿晒🤣而且呢道菜係呢度嘅師傅自家製推薦一定要試吓👍🏻

超巨型牛肋骨,外皮輕輕炸過,呈香脆口感

一行十人幫朋友慶生,被安排到有獨立洗手間嘅房間內用膳,偏廳仲可以唱卡拉OK,食物方面,就算簡單的一碟鮮淮山浸時蔬,師都食得出有落足心機,杏汁豬肺湯冇一般咁白,但份量十足每人有兩大碗,飲落杏汁跟各種食材味非常平衡,朋友們連湯渣都唔放過極速掃光,以前試過買海鮮去其他地方加工,一旦蒸過龍就係浪費,今次粉絲蒸元貝,師傅火候控制得非常之好,鮮甜入味,另外炒雙蚌同炒班球配搭非常有新鮮感,舊店食過嘅牛氣沖天,依然皮夠脆肉味濃,配上秘製嘅青芥末醬汁,簡直係絕配,五指毛桃雞依然入味肉嫩,好啦!全晚嘅重點就係群龍歸巢(澳洲龍蝦兩隻二食)用巨型刺身木船上枱,龍蝦起肉配蛋白蒸,有啲似日式茶碗蒸,鮮甜味十足,順滑非常,帶有少量肉嘅蝦身酥炸後佐酒一流,最後食埋雪耳木瓜糖水,非常完美滿足,朋友們已經紛紛度期再捧場
