其實原本行程無,因為將近五點,但book晚飯時間係6,咁朋友見佢寫住馳名醉雞,咁就入去坐。唔講食物先,每一位都好有禮貌,雖然係普通茶記,但都招呼周到,呢點我好鍾意。叫咗個醉雞米,雞唔夠滑,比較咸,有少量酒香,但唔似係用自調醉雞汁做。如果雞剛熟時用醉雞汁浸一晚,我相信會更加入味同香。再嚟個生炸雞中翼,外面好脆入面剛熟,而且好滑,唔錯。呢個價錢唔記得,總結,一家人情味濃厚的茶記,而家已經買小見小😌

味道來說,我覺得比元朗的爽爽口味上更合我意,因為爽爽的雞比較生,我有點怕;

時常想來吃都發現太多人,今天朱兆記沒開位子多的是,即來試試。 有小貓在身邊走過,看其溫文近人的動靜,相信是店方飼養的貓咪。 雪菜肉絲炆米,肉粒挺多,略帶汁醬偏濕,青椒、韭菜等,鑊氣一般,也不算太熱,而且汁太多不夠乾身,部分米粉亦黏著一起,味道僅屬一般而已。加點辣椒醬也只有淡淡的辣味。 茶走大大杯,與辣椒醬幾乎同高,甜度剛好,亦帶茶香,美味。店員阿姐夠親切,唔該前唔該後,有耐性而有禮,抵讚。

有時真的更喜歡街坊食肆, 服務多點人氣, 靈活性更大, 少一點拘束感。很久沒有到過元朗, 忽爾開車走走。到了不知吃什麼, 到街上逛逛都是西餐小店, 一個扒一碟意粉的。看到這樣主打海南雞飯便來看看試試。茶餐廳格局, 店舖不大, 但坐滿了人, 外面還有檯。一碟海南雞飯$45, 四個人, 還不如點半隻$108。雞肉剛熟, 爽口而嫩滑, 火候不錯。雞皮略厚但油膩感不算強。小心近骨位可能有丁點不夠熟, 如有小朋友同吃, 不建議他們吃那部分。肉淋鮮嫩已很不錯, 連雞胸肉也滑。只是雞種始終不能與文昌雞相比。油飯$7一個, 價錢合理。蔥蓉油香, 口中有點膩口感覺, 配合雞不錯。不過始終難求如雞油般更香。再來多個泰式蝦醬肉碎炒飯。飯粒炒得爽固然重要, 但最緊要還是蝦醬足夠。很多餐廳不肯落蝦醬, 炒來味淡一般。但這個飯未上桌已嗅到香味, 這才算惹味吸引。香味夠, 不過入口不會太濃太漿, 而且味道均勻。飯粒炒得鬆, 肉碎只是輕輕點題, 些微辣味不錯。如果加點青檸汁更好。埋單時, 餐廳還問我們覺得怎樣? 老實說, 已很久沒有到過會主動問這個問題的餐廳了。人性化這東西, 真的要繼續保存呀!得意屋快餐店元朗馬田路
