平日又要上班下班又要上課已經忙到沒時間去休息若果晚餐不吃點好的實在對不起自己於是約了同事下班去吃香喝辣機緣巧合下去了這間位於西洋菜南街的樓上餐廳餐廳位於二樓由於我們早到所以基本上餐廳是沒什麼人的坐下來就準備點菜潮洲菜離不開滷水於是我們就點了 醬魯雙拼-豬耳仔+豆腐 $68那個豆腐好好吃豆腐的邊是稍為有煎過有點脆脆的再配上特製的滷汁令豆腐的味道昇華有附上辣油和白醋沾完成為完美的組合菜單實在太多看得眼花花於是點了店的星星選擇秘制花膠豬手墨魚脯煲$138豬手膠質很多配以醬汁真的好搭平時吃豬手多吃兩件就會好膩反而這個我能多吃三四件鮮鮑魚-杞子紅棗蓉蒸 $32/隻 四隻起我們點了四隻飽魚大大隻我們看到有三種煮法分別是杞子紅棗蓉、風沙、椒鹽一看到是杞子紅棗蓉就選了因為特別點完後就怕會怪怪的結果一吃下去十分驚喜!味道出乎意料的搭飽魚鮮美加上紅棗的微甜和蒜香味!吃完想再吃啊!最後點了王老吉這餐飯真的好棒!!

那個豆腐好好吃
豆腐的邊是稍為有煎過
有點脆脆的
再配上特製的滷汁
令豆腐的味道昇華
有附上辣油和白醋
沾完成為完美的組合

呢間潮洲菜食過幾次,最鍾意佢既地方係地方好清潔。今次叫左4樣野食,滷味拼盤就係必食架啦,都有成六七款,個人最鍾意食就係紅腸。另外仲叫咗黑松露炒飯,個人覺得吵得幾香,黑松露味都突出,用鍋仔上有少少朝香。胡椒豬肚雞煲味道濃郁,但個豬肚冇乜味,雞肉就夠滑。不錯不錯。而個jerjer通菜就係普通既炒通菜咁,無乜特別。 平均每人$150左右,價錢都算ok,咁當然比街邊打冷係貴d。呢到只收現金,想試下既朋友要注意喇。

睇到佢哋嘅餐牌除咗有傳統嘅潮州打冷菜式,仲有很多新穎嘅小菜!

首先來一個火焰炆鴨,上枱先有一個點火環節來一個驚喜!將火燒完之後濃郁嘅鴨味加上少少酒香分內野味!份量也很十足!配飯一流!

今日去完旺角行街,就想附近食埋飯先返屋企。經過西洋菜街見到個s/b寫住心夜來潮,係食潮州野,見到menu價錢都ok就決心入去試下。可能我地唔夠7點就入去食飯,所以都無咩人,唔洗排隊。入邊係用木枱木櫈,有少少感覺真係去左大陸咁,幾有傳統古早味道。我地因爲唔算太肚餓,所以多數叫小食,唔太飽肚既野。本身見到醬鹵六小碟好吸引,但朋友唔鐘意食大腸,所以我地就叫左雙併,要豬腩肉同豆腐。味道都幾出色,特別係豬腩,都幾稔,配埋白醋同辣椒好岩做餐前小食。另外,食潮州野一定必點蠔餅。佢呢間係用鴨蛋整,食得出同外面有少少分別,而且煎得香口,唔會好似食緊成團粉咁,真心唔錯,如果配埋啤酒更好,可惜最近唔飲得。我地驚晏d會肚餓,就叫埋炸饅頭。炸饅頭就不過不失既,炸得幾鬆脆,而且唔係小饅頭,不過食兩舊已經滯滯地。最後我地無叫凍野飲,反而健康d叫左盅燉湯黎飲。估唔到幾足料,我地叫左海底椰百合響螺頭湯,好清潤。我忍唔住飲左3碗,而且飲完唔會好口渴,抵讚。埋單都係3百幾,2個人食到飽一飽,仲幾岩口味,下次呀爸生日可以再黎食。

來吃潮州菜, 餐牌上有很多款式的菜式供選擇, 感覺幾有地道風味的。我們點了好幾度菜式一起分享, 包括有蝦仁菜脯煎蛋、白果胡椒豬肚湯、黃金一口炸饅頭、蝦醬啫秋葵等等。煎蛋分量多, 充滿蛋香, 每一啖也吃到蝦仁和菜脯, 很足料呢! 蝦仁質感爽口彈牙, 幾好吃的。胡椒豬肚湯很惹味, 看到湯底裏有很多胡椒粒, 辣辣的, 幾開胃。豬肚份量有很多, 可以和朋友分享。感覺吃完一些油膩的食物後, 喝這個熱湯, 好像有解油膩的作用。蝦醬啫秋葵味道濃, 份量多, 但有點兒油膩。炸饅頭很香脆, 小小一粒, 有吃上癮的感覺。
