心血來潮,就黎左心夜來潮啦!呢間店好近MTR。晚上9點都咁多人,真係好多人深夜黎食野。呢度既風格好有客棧FEEL。我晚上唔想食太多野,就叫左兩隻牛油燒帶子,GARLIC粉絲蒸大大隻既蟶子。同埋潮式冷凍鮑魚,因最少要叫2隻,好多野我都叫左2隻。中意飲可樂既我仲叫左可樂添。下次如果早D黎的話,又多人既話會叫砂窩粥,睇黎好出名咁,仲可以自選材料,但要人多叫食到。本身仲想叫鵝肉,但已經幾飽就無食到。呢度都有少少中國特色既擺設。用具都幾有特色。上菜好快。我好快就食完啦!但周圍既人都係慢慢食。

呢個真係不得不介紹! 呢個砂鍋卜卜蜆大大隻又勁多料, 全部都係大蜆黎嫁!!! 食落好有肉地, 而且下面仲有好多粉絲, 因為本身有個湯煮成, 舍湯好有鮮味, 同埋d粉絲吸收左d湯, 入味又好食, 同埋咁大煲蜆真係超抵食‼️ 😍

2個人食左4樣野, 埋單都係4百幾, 食到飽飽之餘最緊要岩我地胃口, 好滿足的一個晚上, 真係食過返尋味~

今日放假去左旺角中心行街,行行下又到食晚餐了於是搵間餐廳醫肚,行出來見到旺中對面樓上有幾間餐廳,見到心夜來潮個名又好似幾特別就一試啦!醬滷六小碟有豬耳仔夠淋又爽爽地,豬大腸好淋,豆腐又夠味,豬脷有咬口,紅腸又不會太咸又幾入味,豬腩肉肥瘦均勻又好入味。心夜小炒王有銀魚乾,蝦乾,菜脯,韮菜等一起炒火氣十足又鹹香十足,蝦乾又有咬口。韮菜火爆炒手打牛肉餅,炒到好香噴噴牛肉餅牛味濃郁又彈牙,韮菜又碧綠又夠味道美味可口。

今日出去同屋企去旺角買嘢,買野之前屋企人已經話想食潮州野,於是就喺出發前去openrice睇下旺角邊度有潮州嘢食,見到間心夜來潮的潮州 食肆,而且見到整體評價唔錯,於是就一早book 定檯。入到去,所有裝修都係比較傳統中式,仲有呢度 呢度嘅櫈係功夫凳嚟嘅,坐得唔係太舒服,不過有時要食好野都唔諗得咁多。所有碗碟都好有心思咁印晒logo白果胡椒豬肚湯 $88呢個胡椒豬肚湯,又足料,又惹味,4-5個人的份量都係$88,堅抵心夜小炒王 $98去到潮州舖,通常會叫返個充滿鑊氣嘅小炒王,呢度的小炒王都好足料,腰果,蝦干等樣樣有, 配啤酒一流 。潮式炒通菜 $78惹味有鑊氣,又夠大碟。鴨蛋煎蠔烙 $86蠔餅賣相唔錯,蠔仔亦非常鮮甜。薯仔牛柳粒 $108牛柳都算多,薯仔炸得好香口,牛柳整得好好味,一d都唔鞋口。總括來講,餐廳除了坐得迫了小小外,食物水準都非常之好,下次同朋友食飯都會再食多次。

留意左呢間餐廳好耐因為舊唐既裝修好特別 打卡一流不過而家搬左店依然有大排檔既感覺五點食early dinner就仲未有好多人人地用戰鬥碗 呢度就用自家碗飲🤣路邊炒米,味道偏淡唔會好油淋淋有肉絲冬菇蝦皮芽菜椒絲食半碟都唔會膩蜆肉蒸雞蛋,本身以為會有連殻點知原來得粒蜆肉水蛋蒸得好滑 好有嬤嬤整住家飯既感覺小炒王,當然例牌有墨魚仔,蝦干、菜莆、腰果同韭菜花呢度特別再係潮式食品加咗少少炸芋頭絲黃豆涼瓜排骨湯飲落好重薑味同酒味 唔係味精湯碟頭唔大 兩個人食四碟剛剛好

今日就同屋企人黎旺角心夜來潮食宵夜😍 呢間餐廳營業時間同個名一樣,只係開夜晚到朝早👍我哋叫咗幾個小菜。首先係心夜小炒王,唔係講笑,下次黎食一定要encore!!😍😍好足料,又夠鑊氣。有韮菜,菜莆,芋頭,仲有魷魚啊😍送啤酒一流啊!🍻基本上口感又香又脆,忍唔住口,話咁快清左成碟!一品煲,好足料!有花膠,鮑魚,海螺片等等。好夠味,性價比頗高!不過美中不足係鮑魚有啲太硬,另外,醬鹵鵝不得不讚!雖然呢個菜睇落好簡單,但係製作過程好考功夫,塊塊肉都好入味,又結實,抵讚!豆腐雖然係配角,但係一啲都唔失色。
