幾年前去北京,聽到不少胡同也要配合發展而清拆,不知現在的北京變成什麼樣子了。突然想到北京,是因為最近女友帶我吃了一間在坑口的串燒店叫捌拾胡同,店子面積細小,裝修簡單的以灰色為主,想營造出北京胡同的感覺。五年前的北京有見過五毫一串的羊肉串但不敢吃,有些遊客區買二十元一串但可以講價至十元,冰糖士多啤梨也可講價至五元甚至好彩的兩元有交易,不知現在還有沒有這回事了,而這兒的大多是十五至二十五元一串不等。燒原條茄子($26) 的茄子皮烤得太黑太乾,看上去很油但吃下去還未算膩,只是不太好吃,剛好相反的,上面的茄子肉很軟淋,調味上略為淡了點。玻璃豬($16) 是是晚吃到最好的,吃下去是肥而不膩而肥所佔的比例不少,瘦的也不乾,配上甜適中的醬汁,實在是好吃。農家鹽燒牛脷的鹹香足夠,可惜烤得過火,十分難咬開。烤豆卜的豆卜細小,一口一件外脆內軟,好像是加了孜然粉,不會過鹹的。這兒的一串二十捌拾胡同羊柳串 ($18) 加了孜然粉,味道特別但羊羶味偏低,肉不會太乾涸,還可以的。四粒一串的鹽燒牛柳粒,個人吃了兩粒,第一粒烤得略為過火有點韌,第二粒吃到的是鎖著肉汁,中間的肉質夠軟,兩粒也是牛味濃而鹽下的份量不會過多

三色雞中翼($39) 的雞中翼不算肥美飽滿,勝在肉烤得不會乾。三款來說,土匪雞翼的夠辣的辣油把其他味道蓋過,不懂欣賞,中間的腐乳味道挺特別,腐乳味道不會很重,淡淡的在雞翼中會嘗到。蜜糖的最為好吃,香甜的香層中間的肉還算嫩滑,只是唯一不夠熟的就是蜜糖味,可以注意。

火焰椰香菠蘿($18) 的菠蘿本來也是好吃的,這兒的烤過微熱的菠蘿吃下去比較酸,味道還不錯,若說加了黃糖和椰絲的感覺如何,大約與菠蘿是分開吃的,合不來但味道沒問題。

這兒有再來的可能,暫時最為理想的是鹽燒牛柳粒和玻璃豬,希望下次有更多的推介。

They do not have an English menu and the Chinese menu was confusing for me.
I must be dyslexic at reading Chinese menus because it took me ages to understand their set meal.
The set meal had items that I wanted to try, so I ordered that.

However I wish the tables were bigger, unless you were sitting on a table for four people, there is not enough table space for all those dishes

This was an interesting appetiser because of beer and the sichuan spices.
The sichuan spices contain sichuan peppercorns which give your mouth a tingling sensation.
I liked the way the sauce gave a tingling sensation from the peppercorns followed by the bitterness and fizzyness of the beer.

These were the best noodles I have ever tasted, I was expecting boring noodles with a side of oyster sauce, but the sauce was amazing.
I loved they way they put the spring onions and sauce aside so you can control the amount you put in.
The sauce was no ordinary sauce, it contained garlic and cumin.

夜晚搵地方同個friend 吹水, 記得呢間開到幾夜就去試下,過咗九點半有特價, 啤酒買二送一都幾抵, 試了牛柳粒, 羊柳串, 玻璃豬, 夠juicy, 燒茄子ok有水準,川式風味.仲叫了墨魚嘴, 栗米, 芝心丸,大路嘢ok la, 不過不失。朋友話喜歡食大眼雞, 花甲夠鮮。兩個人吹下水, 飲飽食醉先百幾蚊, 價錢公道啦!!

時間:晚上十點好多海鮮洁清,都正常,夜啦嘛。選擇好少,無得揀之下落咗四樣普通嘢,又有一樣無。都唔緊要。嗰時得番五個客,都應該食得七七八八。又話四五個字有。等到可以食完一餐快餐。我地最終點嗰4樣野:雞腎、牛利、翠玉瓜、豬仔骨。個腎超乾且薄如紙,翠玉瓜得嗰兩舊,係得豬仔骨ok少少;味道超一般,又話專登去北京學師,完全食唔出有乜特別。咁就$78嘞,勁唔抵!未食過一餐咁唔滿意的串燒

因上班之便,很多時候也會到坑口吃午餐,而這所被媒體廣泛報導過的店子,真的是很想來吃它一吃的,無奈原來此店在午市是不營業的,最後就在一次機遇之下,有天家沒飯開,就放工一枝公來吃幾串串燒喝喝酒。此店主打是串燒,不過不是日式的燒鳥,而是比較川式的風味,來到此店時正值是晚飯時間,平日都要等位,看來真的是幾好生意呢!雖然店子環境幾迫狹,但如果食物好的話,本人真的一點也不介意。除了串燒等輕食,也有撈麵等作為飽肚的食物,一支公,吃不了太多,加上本人在餐牌內看到一樣非常吸引我的燒物,一整條的巴蜀風烤魚竟然只賣六十二元,那麼便宜,當然要點,所以點了一條魚,也沒太多配額可以點太多其他東西了。點了一串秘製麻辣羊肉串,肉串沾有大量的孜然粉、辣椒粒及其他香料,嗅起來都真的幾香,一口咬下,羊肉保持肉的咬口,而又不過硬,吃起來香料味足,幾香辣,但就還可嚐到肉味,不過就稍嫌不夠肥美,不太有羊羶味。主角巴蜀風烤魚真的是等了很久才有得吃,但本人發現此魚不是什麼炭燒,也不是有炭香,而是擺到明是炭燶,不知是否店家怕我等得太久,所以開猛了火之故,但實情是我也等了足足半小時,魚肉沒什麼香料味,連魚皮吃就一陣燶味,光吃魚肉就完全冇

主角巴蜀風烤魚真的是等了很久才有得吃,但本人發現此魚不是什麼炭燒,也不是有炭香,而是擺到明是炭燶,不知是否店家怕我等得太久,所以開猛了火之故,但實情是我也等了足足半小時,魚肉沒什麼香料味,連魚皮吃就一陣燶味,光吃魚肉就完全冇味,而且肉質有點嚡,相信真的是燒得太老的關係吧,這條魚真的是浪費了我的胃納。

之後來的燒茄子也要等上很久,此店上碟的方法,就是連皮的上碟,但其皮真的是燒得炭黑,好像那塊魚皮咁燶,心想那倒不如學純燒鳥般,脫了皮才上桌,不過如果單論茄子的肉,確實是燒得軟熟嫩滑,相信店家一邊燒茄子之時,也掃過不少的油,其質感很滑又不會有陣菜青味,加上塗上的蒜泥很夠味,伴點蔥花吃還不錯的。

一個麻甩吃串燒,當然也會喝點啤酒,就平平地要了罐獅威,其實本人覺得獅威真的麻麻地,啤酒花味太重,情形就有如藍妹一樣,真的不明白何解那麼多人喜歡它們,可能是本人唔識貨吧,但有啖冰酒的啤酒喝,伴燒物吃,算是交了貨。

純以時日的出品來計,食物真的是很勉強收貨,真的不明白何解那麼多人讚,又好一間被Over-rated的小店,可能是本人唔識貨吧。

主打各種肉食串燒, 無湯無菜, 連四大發明(即粥粉麵飯)都只有白飯同撈麵. 環境侷促, 服務一般, 一再催促都有漏單, 有兩個小食唯有取消.食物味道還可以, 同一般茶記或街邊串燒差不多, 但份量少到出奇, 叫腸仔就真係得一條三寸左右的小腸, 叫八爪魚仔就真係得三小粒bb八爪魚仔, 叫一客饅頭就只得兩粒好似擦膠咁細的小饅頭, 叫一客雞翼得兩隻. 咁你話係咪好平所以咁少份量, 又唔係. 好似八爪魚仔要$28, 同樣價錢在同樣級數食肆相信有一小碟入面至少有十幾粒. 食完一輪大家都好似淨係食咗陣風咁. 最後平均每人$140落樓, 各自盤算到屋企附近茶記真正醫肚. 相信一般男人要飽肚至少要$300, 女士都要至少$200. 如果想用$200-$300坐在一個侷促的環境食有大陸街邊風味的串燒, 咁你當我無講過.

食物是有質素的, 小老闆們是有心機去造型像的, 可是, 現實始終是有限界的。鋪頭太小。也不能大,大了,會苦了幾個小老闆。如果他們發大盤生意來做, 雖然我和老婆不用BOOK了位還要等30分鐘, 但食物一定不會好像今天一樣好吃。燒原條茄子,可以外賣,一條夠兩人送飯。
