今日同教友崇拜之後去食Lunch,叫咗幾味小菜,好味又抵食!我地點咗招牌雞,好有雞味,煎蝦餅非常彈牙,豉汁龍凳翅骨,新鮮又入味,牛腩煲啲蘿蔔好好味,上湯菜心等,每一味都好有水準,下次叫多啲人去就可以多試幾味,值得推介的溫馨小店。

做冬中學同學聚餐,選了文聚。

做冬菜單(7位用)

1. 蝦多士(12件)$120 - 用了海蝦,炸得香脆不膩。


2. 鮮奶炒蝦球 $180 - 相對普通。

3. 鎮江骨煲 $120 - 非常軟腍入味。

4. 鹹魚煎肉餅 $120 - 充滿豬肉的甜香同咸魚的咸香,不會有坊間死咸的通病,一口一個的大小剛好。

5. 胡椒豬肚雞煲 $230 - 很出色!豬肚沒有燥味,軟腍得嚟有一定咬口,雞依然嫩滑,胡椒湯頭熱辣辣十分惹味,連同仿翅彈牙, 令人飲不停口!

6. 水晶雞(半)$120 - 文聚招牌菜式。而家好多人北上,食走地雞已經平靚正。但文聚水晶雞完勝內地走地雞,果種鮮、嫩同香濃,只此一家!

7. 炸大腸 $120 - 外脆內嫩,完全沒有臭味,好吃!

8. 翅湯娃娃菜 $80 - 盡收文聚秘方翅湯精華的一道菜!絕非街外雞湯浸菜可比!

9. 蘿蔔牛腩煲 $120 - 水準一如以往地好,我第一次食文聚就是食呢個牛腩陳村粉。但原來晚餐是座住火上的,老闆娘話因為牛凍左就會韌,所以要熱住食。我最欣賞墊底的蘿蔔,吸晒味,好正。

10. 雞絲花膠翅 ($108/位)- 我覺得北角時的出品更出色,但呢個價錢都無投訴。

11. 紅棗雪耳糖水(送)-不太甜,滿滿的骨膠原,為今餐美食畫上完美句號。

咁食法,7位用埋單才$1700, 大家都十分滿意。呢個價呢個水準,學朋友講,真係只有深圳才能匹敵🤣

另外,呢度唔收開瓶費,但酒杯等都有提供。我地同老闆娘講會有汽酒,佢仲準備左冰桶👍

首先食了闊別差不多兩年,至愛嘅蘿蔔牛筋腩蒸陳村粉,鎮江骨(北方),上湯浸娃娃菜(用很多材料餚製的)和豆漿(有豆味好幼滑,老板娘主理)!

水晶雞要下次了!


味道保持水準,非常入味,大廚師傅依然是絕不用味精雞粉來調味的,如食慣味精才覺得好味嘅人仕,這裡就不是你杯茶了!

這裡除了中午套餐和火煱外,餐牌上也多了很多新菜式,我諗我一個人每次來都要打孖食才可快d試完,下次要試試這裡的"順德菜",希望你們新店生意興隆,生意陸續有來啊!
