附近有間小店轉了手多次也沒有去過。幾年前好似叫做南北小館,十分扺食。關門大吉後就冇去過。最近轉左做潮汕小吃。 看過唯一嘅食評,引起食慾,決定試吓。午飯時間到了,三人坐喺最裏面的一張枱。Menu 好簡單,選擇也容易。我哋就點咗黃鱔通菜,蠔仔煎蛋,潮州腸粉和三拼飯。物有所值,性價比都高。和之前食評所述大致相同。可以回頭的潮汕莱。附近也有一間外賣分店,多次見有人排隊。這裹可以堂吃。希望小店經營成功,可以多啲潮汕菜的選擇!另外店長表示,人多的話,可以擺到一張大枱,但要預早訂位。 continue reading

最近我發現堅尼地城新開了一間正宗潮汕美食食肆「新發品誠」。而我去了三次品嘗店內的不同款式潮汕美食。最得推介黃鱔炒通菜,味道適中,而且野生黃鱔,口感非常之彈口。其他潮州食肆都沒有這款小菜。另外,值得推介煎蠔餅。這款菜餚特色用慢火煎至金黃,用來材料蠔仔和薯粉製造。味道金香,油而不膩。第三味菜潮或腸粉滑而餡料充足,而眾不同。滷水蛋,蛋黃都佈滿滷水汁味道。飲品必定嚐試檸檬薏米水啊、菊花茶。老闆自家泡製。慶祝。不甜。 continue reading
