第一次光顧此店,吃完已決定下次會再來。星期天,還有午市優惠客飯套餐供應,除了主食,還包括老火湯和熱飲,價錢只是四十多至五十多元,超值。點了金牌滷水鴨肉飯和福建炒飯。老火湯先上,是紅蘿蔔合掌瓜排骨湯,味道非常好,有在家喝湯的感覺。金牌滷水鴨肉飯上桌,鴨肉竟然有那麼大大的一碟,份量大味道也好,只是48元。福建炒飯也很好吃,炒飯上鋪滿蝦、魷魚、雞肉、冬菇和翠玉瓜,材料很豐富,只是52元。飲品點了熱檸蜜,有點過甜。這店面積頗大,裝潢就是一般啦,不過也坐得舒服,店員服務態度很好,非常有禮貌。

很久未食過打冷了,今晚就來到紅磡的新忠記。餐廳裝修都整潔企理,有卡位有圓枱。鵝肉$128要了個鵝肉,可能是比較夜的關系,鵝肉居然是下荘,底下用豆腐墊著,可能鵝肶肉比較厚,肉質比較鞋,反而背脊肉會滑一些。蠔仔肉碎粥$58蠔仔肉碎粥,有很多魷魚絲及蠔仔,芫茜及蔥,放少少胡椒粉,都比較香口好咮。

先黎條倉魚,當然係凍倉配普寧豆醬,條倉魚真係好大條,頗鮮
肉質都幾好、口感不錯,加埋豆醬配啤酒一流
加個椒鹽鮮魷,由於佢大部分既餸菜都係偏大碟既,所以佢會建議你雙拼
鮮鮮炸得幾好,保持彈牙爽身而有鮮味

今晚我地2條友約咗舊同事聚舊,其中一位提議去新忠記,佢話一年前食過好味架,如係週末仲要勁等位。幸好今天是平日,加上可以電話訂位。7點到,店內5係多人,門外擺了一排櫈。伙記們也算有禮又快手。咁我地叫咗4樣野:1. 咸香雞(半隻) $208 :伙記不斷強調此菜係 signature food,係新鮮雞,附有雞內臟。隻雞係真新鮮,但5係太嫩滑,鹹度偏淡。2. 胡椒咸菜豬肚花蛤湯 $178 :因為有花蛤,所以貴多幾十蚊。湯好香濃,豬肚好味。不過。。。貝殼5似花蛤,似大蜆3. 鵝片三拼 $168:唔。。。。呢碟5得,滷水5入味,燈影鵝片、腎超實,豆腐無味,鵝腸還可以4. 蠔餅 $9x:呢個好好味,蠔仔大,粉漿少我地3條真係食5晒,當然5做大嘥鬼,結果付出$2要咗個外賣碗 pack 野走。加埋1罐可樂,免加一及茶芥,$656埋單走人~

朋友介紹話好食,一於試試。book 左7點,黎到直接入得。9個人叫左8個菜,上菜好快手。1) 胡椒咸菜豬肚,好夠味,不過好辣呀!由於本人唔食豬肚,所以唔知豬肚好唔好食。但d咸菜就真係冇味啦,唔知係咪出晒味落個湯度啦,一窩都幾大,夠一人一碗仲有多架。2)炸薯牛柳粒,d薯仔炸過,出面甜甜地咁,幾好食。牛柳粒好林,但薯仔多過牛柳好多,牛柳冇幾多舊。3)豉椒炒蜆,係幾惹味,配料好多,蜆都唔少。雖然d蜆冇沙架,不過就有1/4都冇開口囉。4)煎蠔餅,夠晒大碟,又香口,蠔都幾多,正!5)滷水拼盤,味道還可以,都入味既,不過就成碟都好碎咁,唔係好知食緊咩。9個人推薦我地食個大,但我覺得大就真係太多了,試下就算。6)椒鹽雙拼,九肚魚拼鮮魷。可以雙拼又幾好喎,一次試晒兩樣。另外叫左個菜同生炒骨,埋單計都係$1000度,又幾抵喎。整體味道都唔錯,多d人可以試多d野,但就多人等位,食完就俾人催埋單,唔可以坐得耐。坐位都比較迫,不停d侍應係你身邊行黎行去咁。

1) 胡椒咸菜豬肚,好夠味
,不過好辣呀!由於本人唔食豬肚,所以唔知豬肚好唔好食。但d咸菜就真係冇味啦,唔知係咪出晒味落個湯度啦,一窩都幾大,夠一人一碗仲有多架。

2)炸薯牛柳粒,d薯仔炸過,出面甜甜地咁,幾好食。牛柳粒好林,但薯仔多過牛柳好多,牛柳冇幾多舊。

3)豉椒炒蜆,係幾惹味,配料好多,蜆都唔少。雖然d蜆冇沙架,不過就有1/4都冇開口囉。


4)煎蠔餅,夠晒大碟,又香口,蠔都幾多,正!


5)滷水拼盤,味道還可以,都入味既,不過就成碟都好碎咁,唔係好知食緊咩。9個人推薦我地食個大,但我覺得大就真係太多了,試下就算。

6)椒鹽雙拼,九肚魚拼鮮魷。可以雙拼又幾好喎,一次試晒兩樣。

另外叫左個菜同生炒骨,埋單計都係$1000度,又幾抵喎。

整體味道都唔錯,多d人可以試多d野,但就多人等位,食完就俾人催埋單,唔可以坐得耐。坐位都比較迫,不停d侍應係你身邊行黎行去咁。

家人突然想吃打冷,平時常去九龍城的創發,今天想試試這家點評熱店,所以專程打的過去。餐廳靠近黄埔地鐵站,附近有不少有歷史的餐廳。我們七點到達,已幾乎是最後一張枱,果然是“熱店”。家中“食神”拍板點了菜,好快就有得吃。凍魚是老闆娘推薦的奀哥,據說是只有清明期間才有,魚身質地好韌,肉好難拆,但食落口卻十分清甜和嫩滑。椒鹽魷魚同九肚魚雙拼,所以好大盤,脆波波,够火侯。脆麵和鹵水拼盤的味道偏淡,“潮庭”的出品相對口味更好。豬肚湯雖然好好喝,但應該有加味精,食完好頸渴。三個人食咗690元,同“創發”的價錢差不多。

非常好吃的一家店,之前不住在红磡,后来工作搬家到红磡,试了附近很多家炒菜,觉得只有新忠記真的幾乎每個菜都很好吃,份量也超級大,食材比較新鮮,但是同事不吃蝦,所以沒有點過黃金蝦,下次自己去試試,腐乳通菜也不錯
