有段時間在社交平台經常見到人介紹呢間鋪, follow咗店主社交平台一段時間,覺得店主狀態幾親切,賣力,而女友又突然想食小菜,而店主剛好又在社交平台見到店主講傷後復出,決定一試。兩個人叫咗三樣嘢, 半隻炸子雞,羊腩飯,椒鹽九吐魚。椒鹽九吐魚最好食,炸得好,肉嫩,調味佳。羊腩飯90蚊跟羊湯, 本來幾抵嘅,但唔知係唔係我地飲唔慣, 胡椒太重手,去到苦嘅程度,試飲兩下,兩個人都覺得有想嘔嘅感覺,好難入口,所以放棄咗個湯。羊腩唔錯,跟支竹冬菇同筍,加埋個腐乳汁一齊食,撈埋飯一流。半隻炸子雞有d失望嘅, 無諗過雞肉係咸雞,感覺係醃咗太耐,肉少少太實,雖未至於柴,有D位好咸,唔怪得上枱時話唔需要點汁調味。望隔離枱又好似唔同樣,可能手氣唔好。喜力大支裝賣22蚊一支,好抵,叫左兩支。埋單430, 其他算正常,但因為有兩樣嘢食覺得麻麻,所以變咗個心覺得貴咗少少。 continue reading

大家成日都話熟食中心入面有好多好嘢食。今日去左旺角嘅街市試下呢間唔算好出名嘅大排檔。鋪頭好貼心準備左熱水俾我地洗杯同碗筷。環境都坐得幾舒服同闊落。豉椒炒黃鱔 🐟我幾鍾意呢道菜,黃鱔好入味同幾彈牙,但又唔會過鹹,如果青椒可以再入味啲就好。不過黃鱔有少少碎骨。芥末炒排骨 🐷芥末嘅味道好突出,但唔攻鼻。成道菜嘅調味都比較重,避免芥末嘅味道喧賓奪主,所以我自己覺得有啲太鹹。但排骨炸得幾香口,肉質都唔韌。蝦醬通菜炒鮮魷 🦑魷魚好嫩好爽口,唔會炒到過老。我個人鍾意食通菜嘅葉多啲,通菜嘅莖比葉嘅部份多。鹹魚雞粒炒飯 🐔雞肉係連皮,炒得幾香,但鹹魚嘅味道唔係好明顯,同埋偏油少少。 continue reading

日升小廚我已經去過好幾次,-向都係平靚正之選,但近排唔知點解差咗好多⋯今日叫咗牛餐乾炒牛河$38、羊腩飯$80,價錢真係冇投訴,但係份量同味道就有D失望⋯乾抄牛河份量比之前細咗好多,而且之前有落芝麻味道提升唔小,但今日已經再冇,而且成諜牛河太油,食到有D攪肚痛,不過都係果句$38,冇得投訴啦⋯⋯但係個羊腩飯真係唔係好得,以前係煲上,而家只有細細碟,而且死喊,好在有跟白飯-碗,如果唔係真係食唔到!羊腩大大舊,不過只係-舊有皮,真係好失望⋯今次食完勁口渴,結果要連飲兩罐可樂先止到渴⋯ 我應該短時間都未必會再去啦⋯⋯ continue reading
