原來預約左7點半,同個雞包翅,人到之後就叫左6餸1翅咁空肚飲左幾個字啤酒之後,終於有餸上,真係幾難食,份量又少,完全冇大排檔水準,之後飲啤酒再等多大半個鐘,前後等左一個半鐘都未上雞包翅同個菜炒牛肉,我地禮貌問個女侍應兩三次,頭兩次都話再等等啦,第三次直程黑口黑面話 冇得催架,繼續等啦 ,聽到真係火到黎,黎幫襯真係好似爭左佢錢咁,服務態度極差,其實有咁多食肆,冇必要受氣食餐飯,所以最後就起身埋單走了。其實我未試過食飯係咁差體驗,食物難食,服務差,份量少,永遠不會再光顧!! continue reading

早前想話去強記小廚,點知係門口聽到一位女士同侍應以下對答...."請問無訂枱有無位呀?""無!""咁..... 係門口等枱又得唔得呢?""無位! 爆埸!"如果轉去水記.心有不甘,想睇睇強記有咩噤把閉,於是 WhatsApp 佢地訂枱,會一會佢地.上網睇食評,負評較少正面評價多,年尾流流希望我食完都可以俾個好評啦!強記小廚開係一處位於被建築五金材料包圍嘅店舖,果頭麻甩佬較多,一到六點鄰近D店舖開始關門變得水靜鵝飛烏燈黑火車都唔多架.入到餐廳,見到全部餐枱都放上 "留座" 標示,餐廳放上4~5張大餐枱環境變得唔太闊落.原本點燒生蠔同燒羊架,點知燒爐壞咗,所有燒物停售!結果點椒鹽豆腐,果皮蒸鮑,上湯龍蝦伊麵同芝麻雞.香港餐廳賣椒鹽豆腐都有幾款,有D大粒,有D外層炸過都唔係脆口,強記哩款椒鹽豆腐係自己中意口味,外層香脆內層軟滑,只係凍咗D唔夠熱,份量比預計中少.果皮蒸鮑蒸到啱啱熟唔過火,口感唔韌其中一個原因係鮑魚身上切上多刀,令鮑魚唔會太結實,只係豉油失色,唔係甜豉油,豉油份量亦不足.上湯龍蝦伊麵上湯夠濃郁,濃郁到重味咗D,值得一讚係龍蝦肉夠彈牙,份量足無偷工減料,其他餐廳D龍蝦伊總係蝦肉不足唔知去咗邊.芝麻雞最滿意,面層鋪滿芝麻,雞肉嫩滑,唔需要點任何醬汁已經好好味,不過餐廳都無提供醬汁,如果有惹味蔥蓉就更正!我地坐近門口,見到不停有D無訂枱嘅 Walk in 客走入嚟問有無位,個個問完之後都露出失望表情,所以如果要幫襯必須要訂枱. continue reading

今日約咗兩個朋友一齊嚟強記小廚食羊腩煲,我地都係第一次嚟呢間餐廳,食完我哋都一致覺得價錢合理,環境上如大排檔般咁熱熱鬧鬧,食物也有驚喜及非常好食我哋都一定會再黎!首先講吓個麻香爽魚皮最有驚喜嘅一味菜,估唔到佢嘅魚皮做得非常爽脆,而且亦大大塊,加埋薑蔥蔥同豉油一齊食,味道配搭得非常好,食食吓我幾乎食咗大半碟鍾意食爽魚皮嘅人一定要試然後要介紹今餐嘅主角羊腩煲羊腩煲一拎出嚟要啲時間煮滾佢,應該係預先整好然後雪咗入冰箱未嚟得切融晒雪。個煲滾起之後啲羊肉都好入味,數量都夠兩至三人食,而且有枝竹馬蹄筍等配料一起,整個煲份量夠,算係相當不錯了!蒜蓉燒生蠔呢個都大力推介,燒得好入味好好食愛吃蠔朋友必定要試!蒜香燒茄子正常發揮,蒜蓉同蔥混埋一齊燒,非常惹味好食送飯都一流強記小廚食後感很好,值得推介,可以一食再食 continue reading
