They swapped the soup to another Shandong 魯菜signature soup, the 薄切烏魚蛋湯. [More info from web search: 雌烏賊(俗稱墨魚)的纏卵腺,也稱月蛋,呈橢圓形,外面裹著一層半透明的薄皮(即脂皮),它含有大量蛋白質,產於我國山東青島、煙臺等地,一向被視為海味珍品.] It had strong pepper flavour and made your stomach warm right away. From the appetiser and the finely chopped celery to be added to the soup, we could see the 刀功of the chefs.


Food was great and service was also excellent, which lived up to the Michelin standard.

经朋友推荐,去尝试了一下,以后应该再也不会去了。点菜的男服务生对自家菜单不熟,上了第一道凉菜后,不知道是厨房还是哪里把我们order完全弄丢,催了三次,等了一个小时才开始上第二道菜(热菜第一道),上来一盘蔬菜(理应最后上的)。菜品也非常普通。男服务生完全不顾客户感受,中途已经察觉不对了,让他去检查催促一下,当作耳边风,等到过了一个小时,我实在忍不住开始生气,他们才开始重视,然后发现单子被扔到了一边被忘了…… 最后女服务生有送了一道面做补偿。
