As per our usual order, 串燒羊肉 the lamb cubes skewer is a must, it goes really well with wine 🍷🍷we’ve tried most of the fish dishes on the menu but haven't gotten the chance to try their signature fish 水煮魚~ Sichuan poached sliced fish in hot chili oil. No wonder its the signature dish, the fish fillets were fresh and tender. It's served with many interesting ingredients that you may need to add another bowl of rice to enjoy it! We also ordered the marinated black fungus which is a cold dish, I always order this dish whenever we go to Sichuan restaurant. Black fungus is good for health especially women I was told. And his favourite is the 手撕包菜 shredded cabbage. So I always have to compromise.. Haha.. He just love any crunchy vegetables.

又到weekend,諗地方同屋企人食飯,阿媽想食辣野,見到依間楊記麻辣魚館咁多like,又得一個唔like,當然要去試一試。講返環境,大排檔格局,當然不能要求太多,食物方面今日叫了酸菜魚,炒萵筍絲,毛血旺,泡椒田雞,炸饅頭。酸菜魚,酸辣比例不平均仲要偏鹹,太鹹原因是用一啲不太好的酸菜,泡椒田雞味道非常一般,炒萵筍C又淡而無味,全晚唯一可取是炸饅頭外脆內軟。我差不多食勻全香港酸菜魚,呢間都真係普普通通,唔明點解咁多禮。唯一可取樣樣野都好大碟價錢又唔貴。

食四川辣菜一定會越食越肚餓越食越興奮,所以食到半路還加了一個辣雞煲雞煲大家應該食過太多,這個不用多說,對我來說麻辣味夠濃已經很不錯。正。

最後永遠加一個炒飯,今次呢間只係有楊州炒飯,由於死肥仔和叉燒妹都食唔到泰勒,這個炒飯他們表示歡迎,冇投訴。

已經第三次去楊記, 才想起要寫返篇食評讚賞這間好吃用心食點。環境光猛整潔, 食物用料十足。廚師都是地道重慶人, 正宗麻辣而不油膩。1.酸菜魚必吃坊間很多食店都會把魚片用生粉包裹令感覺好像滑滑遛遛的,但反而遮蓋了魚片的味質感和味道。但楊記就沒有用生粉, 另一主角酸菜咸酸味適中,用料十足。2.羊肉串一定要食辣的, 羊肉不算很騷,表面是乾煸但是內裏還很juicy, 可點不辣, 但我覺得還是麻辣好吃, 一口羊肉加一兩粒辣椒, 簡直perfect!3.鐵板水晶粉, 炒得非常好, 不太油膩。4.幹扁大腸有點像辣子雞, 但是豬大腸炸得酥脆但不失嫩滑肉汁, 我個人極度推介。辣子雞雞肉較為細粒, 十分香口,送酒一流。5.酸辣土豆絲, 不吃辣的也可應付, 那個干辣椒令整碟土豆絲的味道很豐富。6.麻辣大拼盤有豬耳牛雜,煮得很腍, 辣味適中(不吃辣的朋友也能吃上幾片)7.芫茜手撕雞, 適合不吃辣的朋友, 我個人認為比沙薑雞好吃。8. 其他尚有不辣的餸菜: 茶樹菇炒牛肉,大盆花菜, 也是極為美味, 不是一般食店可以吃到, 份量十足。9.咕嚕肉,韭菜炒蛋,涼拌青瓜,沙薑雞, 都是正常酒樓水準。10. 炸饅頭點煉奶

10. 炸饅頭點煉奶也是必吃甜品之一, 為整頓晚飯添上完美句號。
題外話朋友也是好酒之人藍妹衹是做特價50元兩支即是廿5元1支價錢適中沒有加一,出街食飯每人二百零二百元, 又食到地道好吃的重慶菜, 去邊度搵?

獨個兒午餐🥣呢間午餐有非常多選擇,午餐個人份量剛剛好👍🏻唔會多唔會少唔會浪費😙今日先試吓嘅係酸辣肥腸🥢肥腸唔會有太多肥膏,恰當剛剛好好而且勁有咬口🤤又唔會有臭豬味同內臟味道😌呢碟野配菜有酸白蘿蔔片都好好食同勁入味👍🏻餸飯一流😆如果係午餐仲配有一大碗白飯🍚如果細食可叫少飯唔浪費✌🏻凍飲加$5🍹全個餐加埋嘢涷飲都係$45 ,依家呢個價錢食到好少少嘅餐已經唔容易,仲要好食,直得推介😂有下次有下次

之前一直有上開深圳食酸菜魚,但由於近排疫情嚴重,導致無得北上食酸菜魚,但係又心掛掛,所以決定同友人一齊黎呢間試下佢啲酸菜魚。我地今次叫左三樣野,第一樣係麻辣拼盤,我哋要咗小辣,但係食落都幾辣,拼盤有少少似夫妻肺片,入面有牛肚,牛𦟌,豬耳,牛肺,青瓜絲。味道都唔錯份量亦都好多但小辣都幾辣下。第二樣係酸菜魚,整體黎講酸菜魚嘅味道就真係不及深圳好食,魚係桂花魚,但係就唔夠滑同埋切得太厚,我哋叫咗小辣,但係反而一啲都唔辣,酸菜魚我覺得味道比較普通,唔算話係太特別。第三樣係大盤菜花,即係福花,佢用咗啲鹹肉黎炒,明顯地福花係走過油所以好香口,而且仲用咗啲孜然粉一齊煮又有小小辣味,我認為呢一個餸係全晚最好食嘅。整體來講我覺得呢餐係唔錯嘅,三個餸都好平均,而且份量都好多,都算係抵食嘅!

楊記麻辣魚館,佐敦嘅分店都開咗一段時間。今日終於都有機會試下🥢晚飯時間店子座滿8成半客,氣氛熱烘烘👍🏻2人前,點咗酸菜魚(細),干鍋田雞,同埋清炒萵筍絲。→ 先講酸菜魚,味道唔錯!可惜魚片老身咗啲啲。→ 干鍋田雞都ok,香辣惹味,再乾身啲仲好。→ 萵筍絲係我至愛,雖則係清炒,但味道真係清咗啲👉🏻👈🏻
